Snagged a pie to go, the prep time I was given over the phone was spot on, waited just a few minutes after arriving. Staff were friendly and made a great pie to pair with a local red.

We had a great time Louie's. Music was so good, service was fine and the crowd was definitely enjoying themselves without being loud and obnoxious. Shout out to Lawrence the bartender !! Would definitely return.

To be honest, I was not expecting much from a pizza place with a 'crunchy waffle' sign out front. But it was really a great breakfast spot. Generous portions of toppings combined with tasty waffles and local apple juice was a great way to start my first morning in Paonia. I went for the Nutella/strawberry/banana waffle and was not disappointed. Would certainly come back if I was in the area. Also loved all of the cycling decor on the walls
