Josh is very friendly and puts a lot of love in his pizza. He was only open on Tuesday night when we visited, so make sure he is open and that you visit and grab a pie. Crust A+, quality ingredients and sauce. Best pizza I have had in the Paonia area. Tip go to the brewery next door and enjoy a beer while you wait. I will be back next visit to the area. Thanks again for being awesome!

We are from New Hampshire and stopped for pizza late right as he was closing. We were tired and hungry! They were very friendly and happy to accommodate us. The pizza was excellent. Wood fired delicious!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options, caffeine free drinks etc.
Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten free crust. Also, I have dairy restrictions and he made my pizza cheese-less with mushrooms as a substitute and it was delicious! Definitely my favorite pizza in town.
