For the last two years we have received their coffee as a Christmas gift from my uncle Ken, who lives in Paonia. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! Love that it is organic and that the decaf is Swiss water process.
DAMN GOOD COFFEE!!!! My wife and I visited Paonia back in 2021, and I can't STOP buying their coffee. Rubicon has two NEW roasts which are my now favorites, Guatemala dark roast and Sumatra dark roast. Originally, their Guatemala medium roast is what turned me! So if you like a really good medium roast, definitely go with the Guatemala medium roast.
