Absolutely loved doing a tasting with Karen. She was a wealth of information for our group of four and she even taught us about the vines growing in their vineyard. We purchased eight bottles of many varieties and this will always be our first stop when visiting Paonia.
I've been to a few wineries during my trip and this is the Stone Cottage was my favorite! The wines were delicious and it's the only winery where I got information about the wines, the place, etc. Totally worth the drive and I recommend it to everyone!
Such a delightful experience, without being pretentious. The tasting was very reasonably priced with information about each as well as food pairings. The outdoor seating was spacious enough to keep our 3 fur monsters from harassing other patrons, The owner was so welcoming and that goes a long way! By the way, order the charcuterie board!
