I complained and was offered a 5% discount. I then opened the cardboard and saw that only /2 of it had black olives on it although I paid for whole. The manager said I could wait for a new pizza to be cooked...

I ordered 12 “full” wings tonight for $20, I even confirmed with the girl on the phone that they were full wings not pieces! What I got was 12 pieces of Wingetts! Their pizza is a mix of cheese! Their calzones are not original! Again, disgusting ! It should be whole milk, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese, not fresh but mozzarella cheese, whole milk! Not mozzarella! What a rip off! This is the fourth time I have given this restaurant a chance. As a New York Italian, this was just like Domino’s !!! They are just disgusting! Will never order from them again! What a disappointment in a small town for an independent restaurant!!!

Kami was a complete disappointment upon our arrival she failed to mention our dinner plate was a typo in the online menu but still choose to respond with attitude.... we will take our time to come back due to negligence of front room staff 1 out of 10 due to staff.

I was really excited when i saw that brickhouse was coming to parachute and when i finally got the chance to pick some up, i was quite disappointed. Food was sub-par for how long I had to wait for my food and I didn’t like the unprofessionalism of the staff. Eating and drinking alcohol and dealing with acne in where customers can see felt pretty unnerving in my opinion. Won’t eat here again.

As someone who is very particular about pizza, I was pleasantly surprised by this place as we passed through town. After not eating all day, we were thrilled with the delicious pizzas and the generous portions for the price. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great pizza.
