I mean it's a truck stop so that is the atmosphere but it was clean and all the silverware and condiments were stocked. The two ladies at the counter were so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and they were in between batches of chicken bites so they offered to toss our tenders in sauce. We came by after the dinner rush, passing through on a road trip and this was a fantastic hot delicious dinner. Thank you so much! The biscuits were perfect!

When i get to Parachute iI ove to stop at Chester fried chicken. I live 25 minutes away so I don't go often, anyway every time I come everyone is so nice, the manager even gave me her card and felt bad I drove that far 1 time and they were out of gizzards but so respectful to me.

We didn’t eat here, but we did walk through here to go to the restroom, the floor was so extremely slick, like they used the kitchen mop that is greasy and used it out there, my father and brother almost slipped and my mother did slip, so badly that she was in tears, and the woman behind that counter showed no remorse she said “oh yeah we just mopped.” Do not recommend, rude and dirty. McDonald’s next was good and the loves next to it was very clean. And the floor wasn’t even wet it was slippery and greasy, big difference.

The chicken was dry hard and nasty the Mac and cheese was crunchy and the biscuit you can break a window. The wedge's was so hard even my dog didn't want it.my dinner was ruined horrible place to eat at and the service sucked never again

Awful experience, I ordered my food and when it was finished they cooked me the wrong item. When I mentioned this to the employee he got angry and tossed my food on the floor.I'm giving the food one star because it probably didn't not taste like what I ordered as well as the employee giving my food some floor seasoning.I'm never eating here again! Certified yucky style!
There really wasn't any food prepared. They had potato wedges, chicken tenders, 7 pies and about 8 wings. That's all. People would come to the counter an leave cause there was no food.

I stopped by your store in the loves truckstop yesterday. I just wanted to throw it all away. Even the biscuit tasted horrible. Like it was old. The chicken was dry. The tenders were. I don’t know what to say about them. All the food seemed like it was the previous day, old and dry

Overpriced food and rude employees. I've tried three times since they opened, and it's been the same issues each time. Employees unwilling to explain the menu, out of items, but won't do substitutions even if item is lesser/equal value ( wing instead of thigh or leg). Would give 0 stars if I could. Won't be back.

Closes at 10 went in at 930 and they only had spicy chicken and wedges to sell. Nothing else. Wouldn't sell anything else. Well I went to the gas station.If i could review without giving a star i would.
