I mean it's a truck stop so that is the atmosphere but it was clean and all the silverware and condiments were stocked. The two ladies at the counter were so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and they were in between batches of chicken bites so they offered to toss our tenders in sauce. We came by after the dinner rush, passing through on a road trip and this was a fantastic hot delicious dinner. Thank you so much! The biscuits were perfect!
When i get to Parachute iI ove to stop at Chester fried chicken. I live 25 minutes away so I don't go often, anyway every time I come everyone is so nice, the manager even gave me her card and felt bad I drove that far 1 time and they were out of gizzards but so respectful to me.
Located inside a truck stop. I stopped late evening when passing through town on I-70. Chicken and sides had been sitting for a while. Chicken was about average at best. Probably wouldn't recommend and if you are in the mood for fried chicken, keep driving towards Denver and find a KFC or Popeyes.
