The tracker showed that our order was delivered 15 min before it actually was. The food was Lukewarm at best, bread on our sandwiches was half rubbery and half crunchy and dried out. Wings were totally cold. I understand that 1 driver can deliver multiple orders but I live 3 min away..... still unacceptable to receive cold food.... should have just made a pbj myself and called it a night.

This domino's is the worst i have ever been to. Childish and rude staff which would not be so bad if they were at least reasonably quick But no you will find yourself waiting for a pizza that is already made for 45 minutes. Low quality product and low quality customer service.

We don’t order very often. I’m not the biggest fan of dominoes or pizza I’m general but tonight’s food tasted amazing! Got an order of the bacon tots and lava cakes! All 3 of us were satisfied! Thank you!Also Michael was the delivery driver and we wished we tipped him more because he’s awesome every time. He seems to be the most organized out of the drivers and is very friendly!

So in middle of long motorcycle trip I was trying to download app and place an order to feed my Domino's craving.As I stood at counter panicking all the employees on duty as I wait here currently the young lady named .....??...... Assisted me with my order and saved my day and dinner.As a former Domino's employee (Akron,OH), I must commend this stores staff and gratefully thank them for feeding this fat guy when in a panic.

Normally I’d give a five star review because they are down the road from me and I’ve ordered from them for months after moving to Parachute, but tonight an employee by the name of Jamie told us on the phone without any care in the world that there was no icing ever given with lava cakes order and made us feel like we were insane for thinking that it ever did… Mind you I will repeat that I moved here a few months ago and I’ve ordered from Domino’s quite a bit and have always always always gotten the lava cakes with icing in fact when you order on the app it provided you the option. Tonight was different and it didn’t give the option to add icing to the lava cakes… Hence why we called in. But now that the employee there is adamant that this was never the case and we are living in some fairy land and ordering from apparently a dominoes that doesn’t exist or something, she was adamant that there was never any icing given with the lava cakes and because of that I will not order from them any further. She didn’t even try to correct the order or even say that this is a new thing but laughed in our faces that there was no icing with the lava cakes. Maybe this new employee should get some education on what has actually happened at that location, because the offensive attitude was not appreciated. We won’t be ordering again.
My girlfriend and I recently got what I thought was food poisoning from here which turned out to be the Norovirus. It was the night of Wednesday 12-28-22 that we ordered from here. 4 stars because it's always been excellent in the past. I understand things happened everything can not be controlled. Just putting this out there incase anyone else experienced this

Usually pretty decent but ordered today and the delivery driver didnt shut our gate after leaving. Maybe training your drivers to leave things the way they find them would be helpful as our dogs could have gotten our.

We had a large event, needing to feed about 30 people, so we placed an order 5 DAYS in advance to be picked up at 1:00 pm. When I get there at 12:55pm I was told that our food hadn’t been started and I was 5 minutes early anyway. After being told it would be about 20 mins for the food, I continued to wait 40 more minutes before finally getting our food. The “MOD” Nicholas was very rude, and would not give us the number to his upper management or even a business card. Very unprofessional, unprepared, and rude.

This location is small, but man was it busy. The guys working in the back were working very hard, and were very good at checking back with me, and apologized that it took so long. With experience working in the fast food industry I know how stressful the job can be. They handled it well, and went above and beyond to make sure their customers were taken care of. Thanks guys. ?
