The front desk worker a guy between 6:20P-6:30pm on the sixth of October was disrespectful and a worker named Morgan were both very disrespectful and races towards me and my mother, and were talking bad about us and were telling us our order wasn’t ready but they kept it in the back of the counter it was very cold and I am not satisfied with my service and we were missing half our food.

I dont care how many times I try asking for cooked to order fries, I can not get hot fries. Today no different. And every time I go, which isn't often, Im either missing part of a kids meal or get charged for multiple drinks that I didn't order. The bright side is, cold fries are not good so I save those calories by throwing them in trash.

I think this is the dumbest staff ever, they deduct something with every order — for example, today they left out the cheeseburger and the hamburger, and I just noticed it.

Doesn’t serve truck drivers. closes hours early only leaving drive through open. Avoiding the fact that this is a truck stop. So much for getting food. we cant just pull our semis through the drive through 🙃

Lobby now closes at 11 but they leave the drive through open until 12 i had to walk around to the drive through to order because I guess us truck drivers don't matter anymore when I asked why the lobby was locked at 10:54 I was rudely asked what exactly i wanted to eat and I find it extremely unprofessional that us truck drivers dont have access to the lobby and we have to stand out in the drive through to order after a long days work!
This was actually one of the best McDonalds 1/4 lb burgers I have ever eaten. Their meat is different than we have in Missouri.

1st. Ordering through drive through, my voice is cracking because I'm not feeling well and the lady taking the order was very snippy. 2nd. Paid for meal got to second window was handed drinks then asked to pull forward and they will bring the food out shortly, we did order fries to be well done so expected it to take a little bit of time so that's okay. 5 min go by no food.. 10 min no food. 16 min.. no food husband goes inside... they had to remake the food because they forgot about us.... Get our food, as we are leaving we notice that the Mac sauce we paid for on the side was not in the bag... awesome... so then what ever we are tired and not feeling well, we aren't turning around for sauce... get home open the hot n spicy that's not supposed to have lettuce due to allergies, and guess what it has on it? Yup you guessed,,, lettuce! Do better parachute mcdonald's do better!
