Despite the more recent reviews I’ve actually had good experiences here. Food has always been hot and nothing missing from my orders. Also it’s connected to a Love’s travel stop which is a huge bonus and the real reason for the stop.

Order on the app got my location locked in, then ordered. Waiting for my order for about 10 Mines. No screen to see your order. How did my order change location in the app to texas. Tried to cancel order, can't because it was already prepared. Order cam to little over 17.00. I guess it time for stop ordering mcdonald's. That was unexpected with the app. Mcdonald's do better, can't get a refund and it was Mcdonald's app that made the mistake.

Since we moved here in February we have experienced food poisoning that involved 3 hospital stays. Moldy food. Completely wrong orders. I have also ordered twice from the mobile app only to have my order declined after almost an hour and then no other money to buy food else where. Talked to whom ever said they were manager and was told there was nothing that could be done. When I took my frustration to a community face book page I was told by Kallie Kretz that I was lying and bullied off the page till administrators deleted my post. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.

The place is a unmanageable hole, staff messes up more orders then the cab get right. And then act like your the problem when you say your missing an item or that it wasn't correct. No one is forcing then to work there, get better management who care.

Well im very disappointed on this location... I always get my order wrong so i ordered on Friday morning 2 sausage mcgriddles but in stead i got English muffins they didn't want to correct it. Tonight I ordered a coffee on the app got there and it was cold, my moca frappe was all melted and the syrup was very soggy. So they gave me a other coffee but again cold. I wnt be returning..
