Nice people. But their detail to food is piss poor. The fries look like they got a soak in grease bath before serving their meat bland and distasteful and the nugget were not kept the time duration but way beyond.

This is the most annoying McDonald's I've ever been in. You are not allowed to order food at the register. The person behind the register has to walk all the way around and order your food for you on the kiosk. Took way more time then if he would have just ordered my food where he was at. He said management is making him do it. There 4 people stand there waiting for him to do it for each one of them. I do not want to use the kiosk I'm in a hurry its fast food.

Would give 0 stars if I could. As a truck driver that didn't want to cook in his truck for the evening, you'd think Mickey D's would be a easy grab and go. I ordered 2 20 piece McNuggets for myself and my dog, and 20 mins later my order number disappeared off the now serving and in progress screen. They're calling ppl that ordered 10 mins after me. I go up and asked where my order was and was told it would be another 10 mins due to them not having any nuggets rdy. Asked for a refund and heard under her breath what do they want me to do, we're short staffed. How about hire reliable people. Will never visit here again. I hope Loves doesn't renew the lease contract with them. Will be contacting Loves HQ in the morning. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give this review zero stars. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've been to. Not saying that the grand junction Co ones are that much better but I would give them at least 2 stars. I have been to the parachute one a dozen or so times. It doesn't matter if I give my order to a person or use the self service my order is still wrong. (Most of the time it is not a busy time of day) when you call them out on the wrong order the staff handles it very rudly. Today they said we didn't order everything that we did order. Over all very unsatisfied every time I've been there. A bunch of over paid morons!

Been coming to this store since it opened and it's gotten worse and worse, shouldn't take longer to get service in the restaurant vs a line of 6 cars. Was completely ignored. Previous experiences have been hit or miss, Arturo sniffed my drink and then gave me the wrong one.
