I have shopped at this location since it first opened, spent thousands of dollars on fuel and snacks. But, after what seems to have been an ownership change the clerks are rude and slow to check out. Today after, the clerk claimed to have called the police because I sat for 5 minutes and ate my taquitos that i just purchased, I decided I won't be spending any more of my money here.

I know there is not a lot of extra parking here but it is really inconvenient and concerning that the employee park at the gas pump then Clock in for work.

Went through the car wash a year ago and it scratched/ Ripped pieces off my bumper and license plate.I made a claim with the manager. I have been calling for a year and he has been nothing but rude. He told me he put in the paperwork and now I can figure it out myself. He refuses to give me his store number or his name. He will not give me his boss's name or phone number. My vehicle looks horrible and I am at a loss of what to do.

Poor customer service. I was on line and when finally when I got to the line, I ask for power ball and the lady says i have to fill up the set of my number. Then I ask do 14 dollars random, she doesn't even want to do and say I would need to do it together. I have to make the trip on line for f****** three times to get my service. I am really mad: I think I should get the help when it is my term not keeping going back the line to get my service.
Def not messing with this place ever again. I be getting overcharged on every thing here

The fountain drinks .... love love 7-Eleven's Big Gulp and in four tries, the fountain drinks at this location are flat, watered down, out or broken....ugh! I'll keep trying, hopefully they'll get it lined out soon.

Employee took 5 min to bug herself a donut and not help me while I waited at the counter with my 2 year old daughter! That okay as real helpful! Buy the donut when I leave!

Horrible customer service. Car wash didn’t work and they wanted me to pay again to go through it again! They didn’t want to give me a refund either! Would not recommend this gas station or car wash! GO to CONOCO ACROSS THE STREET!
