Honestly I cannot say enough about Andy's - it is ALL GOOD, the custard is super creamy, the hot fudge & caramel plus toppings are on point every time. I always order the turtle sundae add cookie dough and my husband loves the the oreo/caramel combo and our daughter is obsessed with the dirt and worms. You will LOVE anything you order here. The staff is friendly & wait times are low whether you order at the window or use the drive-thru. Andy's, I have to ask....where have you been our entire lives?? I do not know how we made it this long without you in Parker Colorado. Highly Recommend!

Went for the grand opening $2 sundaes to treat my family! Staff were rude. The girl taking our order was patient and friendly. Repeated the order back. Somehow, a sundae was missed when we got to the pay window and we didn’t notice until after we paid. The price seemed to be right on target. It wasn’t a big deal, we just mentioned we missed one and needed to have it made. The girl at the window went and grabbed who I believe is the manager who came and printed off a receipt and snapped at us “here is the order you placed” I said, okay, we’re missing one. So she sighed, snapped the receipt back, and read the receipt to me. I then asked my child, who was the sundae we were missing for, what she had ordered and let her know that was the one we still needed, seeing as it wasn’t on the recipes. She then proceeded with her snappy tone to say we would need to pay for it. I told her that’s fine! We just need this sundae. Never once raising my voice, it was missed, I get it. (It was the second item I ordered though, so still not sure what happened) She puts it in and it’s full price. I said wait, why is it not $2? She replied that that specific sundae is considered a specialty sundae. So I changed it to what my other children got because I know that those ones were $2. So she rolled her eyes and while tapping the screen aggressively, yelled back to her workers that she needed the new sundae on the fly, “sorry guys” all exasperated and annoyed. We paid, all was fine. And we drove on. It was clear to me that she doesn’t handle stress very well. What a heck of a first time going to a new business in a town that eats small businesses alive. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.. rude staff.

I went to Andy’s for “just one quick treat.” Next thing I know, I’m questioning everything I thought I knew about happiness. This isn’t custard, it’s emotional therapy in a cup. One bite in, and I have new opinions on things I never cared about before… like how to make custard
The custard? So smooth it could negotiate world peace. I don’t remember what I ordered because I blacked out from enjoyment halfway through the first spoonful.
Long story short: I’d trust Andy’s to cater my wedding, my kid’s graduation, and possibly my dogs funeral (heaven forbids the day comes). Five stars isn’t enough… we need six

This is the best location we’ve ever been to! Carter was so friendly and the rest of the staff today was great. The ingredients were so fresh and delicious! We first had Andy’s in Texas and became addicted ever since. We don’t live near an Andy’s so it’s such a treat when we get to visit one. Thank you, Carter, for making it an awesome experience!!

I took my family of 3 kids here today and we sat outside to enjoy the weather. The manager, Katie, came out to us to greet us and was so kind and wonderful to my kids. They were instantly drawn to her. She offered to take a picture of our family which was so kind of her. We will definitely be back bc of the ice cream but largely we’ll be back due to Katie!

Been here twice. Ordered strawberry concrete thru the drive thru, got banana which I couldn't eat due to allergies, today ordered heath bar with pecans and got hot fudge, Graham and pecans. 0 for 2.
I tried out their chocolate jackhammer and it was fantastic! The service and the atmosphere were nice! I hope to try it again another time.

This location opened recently here in Parker. We tried Andy's originally down in Longview, TX. So we were so happy to have them open a location about a mile away from our home. Their different creations of Jackhammers, Concrete, Sundae's, Kid's treats, Shakes, Malts, Cones, and Drinks will leave your mouth watering. You will be back many times. Whether you're 1 - 100 years old you will love Andy's Frozen Custard.

OMYGOSH, this place is INCREDIBLE! Mostly because the staff is amazing, especially Katie the manager, and Maddie. Katie is so hardworking, yet still makes each customer feel important and valued. Her and Maddie are both so kind, funny, and skilled. They both took time to talk to my children and make them also feel special. Of course, the custard concretes and drinks are DELICIOUS! We came here for the delicious treats, and are returning because of the staff! Thank you and keep up the great work!
