I specifically am leaving this review for Matthew, going through the drive through the other night, he went above and beyond to make sure we had quality chicken tenders instead of the last ones that didn't look great. I was suprised when I asked him if he was a manager that he wasn't, because his customer service skills were a notch above anyone I've ever worked with at this specific Arby's location. Consistently fast, friendly, clean, and yummy. In the years I have been visiting, I have never had an issue with food/meat quality. Food is served hot. Drink machines all work. Tables and floors always clean, except for a few crumbs. English speaking staff are nice and friendly. The drive thru gets your order correct too, so no having to go back in or eating someone else's order.

This Arby's has always been clean with friendly service in my experience over the years. I'm glad they brought back the potatoe cakes! The bourbon BBQ brisket sandwich is my go to.
