So, this is my second visit to this location. On my first visit I received cold food and a cup of syrup because they couldn't figure out how to make their soda machine work. So I drank my cup of syrup and ate my cold food in a dining room that couldn't have been any warmer than 60°. This experience was disappointing to say the least. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it another shot rolled up and was informed that they cannot serve any roast beef. Because apparently the equipment that they have to prepare the main food item that they offer is not functioning.

The manager that was filling in at the store on 10/28 at 12:30 is rude and has no business dealing with customers he refused to take a coupon that I had texted to me from the Arbys.The normal manager It's very helpful and very nice that's why I go to this location quite often but after the rude behavior of this temporary manager I will never be going back and I will let all my friends and co-workers know what a jerk he was and boycot this location.

Bro idk what happened, but I guess everyone took the day off today? Or they walked out? The guy working the drive thru at 12:30pm said they didnt have roast beef and that he was doing 4 jobs and came from a different store. Either management needs to look at this or corporate needs to get involved.

When drive thru is the only servixlce a business values they should close the lobby. Waiting at the counter, you get ignored to prioritize the time to get cars through.

All the lights completely off at this location. By doing this, these two employees were hoping to keep people from coming in the drive thru. Imagine trying to own a business and having employees that make you lose business because of laziness.

The owner refuses to take action and actually address these concerns! They must not like making money and holding there employees accountable.

I’ve taken my complaint to corporate. It happens too often at this location.

They messed up my order then demanded I give them the food back through the window before they fix it. I thought this was a serious health code violation, can’t imagine what other health code violations this place is breaking definitely needs to be reported!

The manager turns the lights off two hours before closing and acts like they’re closed. If you’re open till 11, be open till 11. If you want to close at 9, then mark that your store closes at 9. Otherwise, you’re just doing time theft and confusing your potential customers.

I drove through at 8:45 with an online order. I don’t know what time you close, but my food was Not edible the fries were gross and nasty and the sandwich was so chewy. I couldn’t even eat it.
