Hit this place semi often since it’s one of three places within walking distance of my job and every single time I eat here I promise myself I won’t anymore. Food is fine but service wise it is a stretch to call this “fast food,” drive thru always has us pull forward and wait, sometimes for as much time as it takes going into the lobby and just eating in. Staff seems to think that giving more than one sauce for a meal is equivalent to war crimes given the surly looks I receive whenever I have to ask, sometimes I don’t even receive the one, and today had the employee straight up ignore me all together when I asked for a second. I’m hoping writing all this down makes it stick in my mind to avoid this place and keep to the Subway for walking to lunch, because every time I go here I regret it afterward.

This is the best Arby's I've been to and the service was exceptional by the employees. The food was hot and made to order and the employees were polite and professional. The location was clean and there was plenty of parking. I don't need a lot of fast food but I was in between calls that day and this was the place to go for and I found it in enjoyable experience in this part of town where there isn't a lot of other things around. All Arby's could take a lesson from this manager and how she's trained their staff.

Service sucks. Food is terrible. Made me wait 15 minutes for a #1 then I had to pull around again because they forgot they fries. It’s 2 things. Sandwich and fries. That’s all. They really suck.

It's not the best, but it's what you might expect for the price. I had their gyro, which was pretty good. Their French dips are small. It just feels hard to get full at a place like arbys without ordering the whole menu.

It's not a bad place- and as I'm trying to figure out why I'd give it such a low rating I remembered a younger guy who came in after me who actually asked if the lady behind the counter would prefer it if he went elsewhere like to taco bell or something and that summed it up perfectly for me. I can't say one bad thing or any exact thing that stood out to give it only 2 stars but I felt the words of that guy- from the moment you enter until you leave you just felt like you should eat anywhere but there. That those working there would prefer it. ?

Rude Asian girl with glasses at the drive-thru needs to learn how to treat people. Paid $10 for cold curly fries over cooked in the microwave roast beef slider and cold cherry pie. No Napkins and slammed the window,

If I could give this location no stars I would. Ordered my son a Buffalo chicken sandwich and he got half way through it to the middle of his sandwich being completely raw! The "manager" pretty much didn't care or seem to shocked at the fact of the sandwich being raw. She was very unprofessional and was trying to give me a hard time without the receipt when she was the one who handed me our food. I showed her the receipt and got a refund, but no apology or anything. This will definitely be going to their corporate office. Warning for others since it seems like you have to cut your sandwich in half to check if it's raw.
