August Moon today is not the good restaurant it used to be. I ordered from the online menu for a total of $28 and change. They boosted the price to $63 and charged extra for delivery in spite of the "free" delivery price range met at $28. They claimed the online prices were out of date. However the date on their site was within 6 months of when I ordered. I know...I shoud have just hung up on them and forgotten about ordering dinner, but I had promised guests and was ordering based on how good August moon USED TO BE. The beef was over cooked and leathery. The rest of the food was just average. They've lost a formerly frequent diner.

They have officially closed down! Unless they are changing their name because the sign was down when I drove by there last Wednesday

Owner obsessed with towing cars. I've known several locals who've been towed. Restaurant never appears to have customers. These business practices will keep me away and giving any positive reviews.

The food was decent but the portion size of the egg drop soup was too small. Also, I was charged $2.50 for a 12oz can of Sprite…

Love August Moon. My family has been coming here since I was a kid and it's still my favorite place. Crispy cheese wontons full of filling, delicious fresh sushi, the egg drop soup is one of the best I've had and the sesame tofu was delicious as well! It's a great spot!

This restaurant was very allergen friendly and knowledgeable! The food was great! I did take out, but inside looked to be clean and well kept. We will definitely be back

In Parker there are so few businesses that are family owned. August moon is one of those companies. I consistently order from them and they consistently deliver. Great food that's hot and just yummy. Tonight they exceeded my expectations dramatically. I called 45 minutes before they were closing. I was totally hangry. I didn't have to insist or beg. The associate took my order and promise delivery within 45 minutes. When my order arrived, I was shocked to see the owner was the delivery person. It's hard to run a restaurant but it's harder in Parker. The commitment from this family is amazing and I highly recommend August Moon.

We had Chinese food. Nice environment, good service. Price high for market. The sad part is that the food we had were bland. No umami. I understand many people in Parker can not handle spice or heat but this was too bland. I will try one more time. Maybe the chef is not Chinese!!!!

I really don't understand some of the reviews for this place. August Moon has been our go to place for Chinese comfort food for nearly 15 years. My favorite is the Khan's Mongolian beef. The won ton soup is the best in the Denver area as far as I'm concerned. Vietnamese egg rolls are also top notch. And Jin is the best server anywhere! She's always happy and friendly. Ignore the less than five star reviews and give August Moon a try if you're in Parker.

The August Moon Asian Grill, unfortunately, became synonymous with bad business practices that ultimately led to its closure. The restaurant, which initially aimed to serve Asian food, took an unconventional path to profitability by engaging in the towing of customers' cars. This practice not only tarnished the establishment's reputation but also had significant consequences for its financial viability. One of the most egregious aspects of the August Moon's operation was the systematic towing of customers' vehicles. Visitors who parked near the restaurant, either during the day or night, were at risk of having their cars towed away. This predatory approach caused immense frustration and anger among patrons, who expected a pleasant dining experience rather than an unexpected and costly tow.The motivation behind this unscrupulous strategy was simple: profit. The owner of the August Moon saw an opportunity to make quick money by charging exorbitant fees for releasing towed vehicles. Towing fees often amounted to $400 or more, which proved to be a lucrative revenue stream for the establishment. However, this came at the expense of customer trust and satisfaction, leading to a steady decline in patronage. As the negative publicity surrounding the August Moon Asian Grill's business practices grew, word of mouth spread like wildfire. People began to avoid parking anywhere near the restaurant, leading to a significant drop in foot traffic. Regular customers turned away, and newcomers were deterred from trying the cuisine due to the fear of falling victim to the towing racket.Ultimately, the relentless pursuit of profits through towing customers' cars had disastrous consequences for the August Moon Asian Grill. The once-promising restaurant was forced to close its doors due to a severe decline in business, leaving behind a trail of resentment from those who had fallen victim to its unethical practices. In summary, the August Moon Asian Grill's decision to tow customers' vehicles for profit was a textbook example of bad business practices. While it may have temporarily generated revenue, it eroded the trust and goodwill of its patrons, ultimately leading to the restaurant's demise. The cautionary tale of the August Moon serves as a stark reminder of the importance of ethical and customer-centric business practices in building a sustainable and reputable establishment. The owner of the August Moon Asian Grill faced public exposure in the local newspaper due to his malpractices, particularly the predatory towing of customers' cars. The article highlighted these unethical actions, shedding light on the negative impact they had on the restaurant's reputation and business, resulting in widespread community backlash.

We came to try August Moon but went for a walk around the complex to check it out! Before we got in , the owner had me towed. Empty parking lot with 2/5 business closed. 600 dollars. Beware! We were excited to try August moon, but never got a chance too! We parked in front of a closed business with no signage to “not walk around”Unfortunately I’m kind ownership. Lack of community. I hope their food is good!

Can't believe it took me so long to try this place. The food is really good! Best Chinese food I've found in Colorado so far. They have the usual American Chinese favorites, plus some additions that are hard to find, like sizzling rice wonton soup loaded with wontons and vegetables! Nice big restaurant, portions are good size, staff is friendly, and prices are good! Would recommend and will return!

I've lived in Parker for over 10 years and have given this establishment multiple chances. I have never been impressed with the food.....try Cherry Village as an alternative. The Imperial (off of Broadway in Denver) is a bit of a drive but well worth it as they have the best Chinese food in all of the Denver metro area. IMHO
