Delicious breakfast burritos. Reading some of the other cry baby reviews is disheartening. Yes they are expensive but they are fresh and huge. Don’t cry if you didn’t do your own research people.

I originally tried going through the drive-through. When it got to be my turn to order (there were two cars in front of me), I waited about 10 to 15 minutes without receiving a response through the speaker or seeing any movement in the line. I figured they were probably busy, so I decided to go inside to place my order instead.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and made sure twice that it wouldn’t come with cheese. After being assured there would be no cheese, I paid and waited another 10+ minutes for the food. At this point, I was already annoyed, but at least I finally had my food.
I got to my car to eat quickly with my girlfriend before heading to work—only to find there was cheese on the bagel. I went back inside to request a refund since I didn’t have time to wait another 10+ minutes for a replacement sandwich. I was told I’d receive the refund in a couple of days, but I wasn’t asked to sign anything or provide the card used. I really hope the refund actually shows up in my account.
Other than that, my girlfriend thought her bagel was okay (although she was probably just upset I didn’t get my food and her food actually was good). The restaurant itself seemed nice, and the staff was friendly. You won’t see me there again, but I hope others have a better experience.

The food really is great. The bagels are fresh and there are so many options and the bagel sandwiches are hearty. They offer online ordering and a drive-through, but unfortunately don’t have streamlined process to make either option worthwhile for quicker service. When I order ahead, it is rare for someone to expedite the pick-up. Almost every time whoever is assigned to working the drive-through window will just be doing menial tasks or otherwise ignoring the dining room. I’ve stood around up to 10 minutes, on average 5min, watching my order-ahead food just sit there on the counter because the cashier is rightfully busy, but then why is nobody else able to just ask my name when I’m standing at the “online and pickup” sign? This could definitely be 5 stars if the process was just a little more smoothed out.

This place is horrible from a kitchen and wait time. 11am and all they only had was three bagel varieties all sweet. 😞 uneducated cashier and no manager in sight. I would pass if I were you unless you have extra hour to wait for a sweet bagel.

Not sure why they’ve been getting poor reviews lately. I’ve been coming here since 2012 and it’s been always been the same comforting, delicious and friendly Bagel Stop. I tell everyone in and around Parker about this place and their amazing bagels and coffees. Keep doing what you’re doing guys.

We were so excited for the food it was just not good the bagels were oddly sweet when I got a savory bagel, I got the BLT breakfast sandwich and could hardly take another bite after the 1st. The service was worse. No one seemed like they wanted to be there and help and it was very expensive and they don’t post their prices you have to go looking for a menu.

I was hesitant at first because I thought the kid said "sup" when I walked in, but not too big of a deal. They were very nice. Not slow at all even with decent drive through line. Bagels are big, and taste great. Breakfast sandwiches are very good as well, good ratio. They deserve all the business Einstein gets, even if I don't want to increase my line the next time I go.
