Firstly, the guy working there was hilarious, very enthusiastic, and a great salesman!

The food was not really up to my liking, however. The brisket was not cooked long enough, and drowning in BBQ sauce, and while the ribs were cooked fairly decently and smokey, I'm personally not a fan of their method of no seasoning - no salt or pepper whatsoever, which they seem to take pride in judging by the pitch by their cook. And I strongly dislike sauce on my ribs. Sauce IMO is for covering up poorly cooked meat. Every good BBQ across the US that I've enjoyed uses a dry rub and offers sauce on the side.

We are unlikely to go back.

Should HAVE READ the reviews. It feels like the food we were served was cooked and cut yesterday. Dry, hard edges, no moisture left in any of the meat. The sausage was the most acceptable, and it wasn't that good. We spent $65 for a sampler, and it all went into a soup.. maybe there it will discover some flavor and moisture.

Avoid this place at all costs.

The guy attending the pit was friendly enough.

Can’t give a triple ZERO.
AWFUL!! Ribs were so low quality. Tough.
Dog wouldn’t be able to pull meat off.
Beef pieces were like jerky. Grisly and wayyyy over cooked.
Walmart coleslaw mix and baked beans from a can and salty.
Worst BBQ ribs ever!!!

Similar to other’s experiences and I wish I would’ve read reviews before we stopped. We saw the smoker from the road and were so excited. Being from GA and SC we are always on the hunt for good BBQ out here. Unfortunately, this ain’t it. We got the lunch brisket plate and a half rack of ribs for $60. The food is disgusting and the truck they cook in from what I could tell is very, very dirty. I won’t be surprised if we get food poisoning… the brisket was dry, tough and had no seasoning. The ribs were massive, again no seasoning, they didn’t even go through the trouble of removing the membrane before cooking (if you’ve made ribs you know what I’m talking about). The meat had to have been the cheapest money could buy. Someone else said it must’ve been reheated and I agree - those smokers are just for show there’s no way that meat was smoked in there. Tasted like it was cooked in a microwave a week ago. Sauce was fine. Beans and cole slaw were just bad. Was hard to choke it down but for $60 you don’t want to waste it. Wish it was good, but it wasn’t. I truly haven’t had worse BBQ in my life.

I was very excited to try this place, considering I am from the south. I absolutely love BBQ as well. Unfortunately, it was far less than we expected. The service, I will say, is exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The food, however, is way too pricey and quite gross. They have a great selling presentation with showing you the smokers and talking up how Jim used to play in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons. Sadly, the food was so over done and reheated that it was extremely hard to swallow. The truck they work out of as well is EXTREMELY filthy! I love supporting local companies but our experience was so disappointing that we won’t be doing so with them anymore. Maybe it was just a bad day?! Who knows but be mindful of all this before you go.

We just moved from Texas and were searching for that authentic southern bbq and this is some of the best bbq we've ever had. This place tops some of our favorite sports down south. The staff is funny friendly and so involved every step of the way! The brisket exceeded our expectations! We will be regulars for
