Black+Haus Tavern - Parker

Arrived on time but had to wait for someone to greet us. He then asked how many (after I told him my name and that we had reservations). Then waited for him to put tables together upon which he threw all 6 menus and silverware in the middle of the table. He was very dismissive and the restaurant was empty! Burgers and steak salad was good but French dip had mostly mushrooms/onions and little meat. There are plenty of good restaurants in Parker now that would be more than happy to have a party of 6 at 5pm. We'll go elsewhere.

First it took at least 40 minutes to get our meal, then my chicken sandwich was cooked to were the outside was very tough. Then after getting home I noticed they over charged me for a glass of wine I did not have. Called manager to get removed. Still waiting for correction in billing that Brent said he would take care of

Food was meh, invisible service. I had to check a mirror just to confirm I still had a reflection.

This is the best local eatery, in my opinion (the garage is a close second). Good food, fairly priced, lovely servers and nice atmosphere. I had the salmon which was amazing and a very generous portion. My guest had the chicken and loved it as well. I missed my fried pickles this trip but they are sooo good! Highly recommend.

We ordered the potato leek soup which was not hot for my friend and it had no flavor. My salad was good, as were the Parmesan fries. We did not get charged for the soup!

We enjoy Black Haus, but it is a bit of a mish mash concept. Is it a sports bar or a nicer restaurant worthy of the prices? The menu is good. The noise levels are very high. The greeter needs some training to properly welcome guests.

Great atmosphere with great service. Prices are a little high but location is in a great spot to visit.

Anthony was great - very attentive but not annoyingly attentive:-). Just perfect.
