The gentleman that took my order was rude when I asked him if the ice was crushed in the chiller drink he responded with a smart comment. Once I received my drink I noticed there was no whipped cream in it. I went up and asked the girl behind the counter why there was no whipped cream in it she said you have to request it. I said why do I need to request it when it's in the picture? She responded with we just market it that way and none of the drinks come with it. You need to request it and was rude as hell. How are you going to Market something and show it with whipped cream and then deliver it without?

The pricing here is misleading and frustrating. The menu showed a large iced coffee for $5.95, so that’s what I planned to order. At the register, they added a $1 fee for non-dairy milk and another 50¢ fee just for the cup, bringing the total to over $7.00.
I said fine, just make it a medium instead — but the medium still came out to almost $7.50, only about 20¢ less than the large. At Starbucks, I can get a medium iced latte with soy milk for under $6, so these prices make no sense. The only plus is the comfy chairs, but honestly, you’re better off bringing your own coffee and the kids on the staff are very friendly.

The Atmosphere is professional and perfect for getting online class or business taken care of. Best of all the coffee and the food are delicious! Can’t get enough! Went to Black Rock this evening, whoever took my order was extremely short and unfriendly with me when I quickly placed my order, knowing exactly what I wanted. I knew Black Rock is known to close earlier than some of the other coffee shops but I was not sure exactly when, however I saw another car ordering at the drive thru so I assumed they were open. I got there at 6:55 pm. Which upon looking it up and seeing they close at 7pm is possibly why the girl taking my order was so short and unfriendly. I get my drink, tip them, and start to pull away and notice that they gave me the wrong size drink (which they did this less than a week ago as well). I ordered and paid for a large and was given a medium (20oz). Twice in a row. Additionally, my drink was not completely blended so I had the pleasure of choking down chunks of matcha powder. There’s more, the lavender I asked for with the matcha was not in it. I understand they were closing in 5 minutes but next time don’t even take my order if you are going to be snotty, and then charge me over 7 dollars for a matcha that is the wrong size, barely blended, and missing lavender.
Other times I’ve been to this location the employees have been nice and friendly. The drinks are fairly average, nothing special but decent. The only food I’ve had are the breakfast burritos which are good!
