We got a delivery and one pizza was a little too dark for our liking. The staff was amazing in helping us! I believe the gentleman’s name was Magnus, he took my call, explained why it was that way, and then made a new pizza and delivered it to us himself!!! The man is a G. This location has my loyalty forever.

Used to be the best Blackjacks. Since then we have had burnt pizza, no one answering the phone and now no saying hi with zero customers. Six employees, one customer and no one said hi or asked to get my order.

I completely messed up my order so I had to call. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice about it and changed what I did wrong. The pan pizza is to die for. And it's going to be the best 2nd day pizza. I love cold pizza. Delivery was fast and the the guy even wished me a happy New year. He even had a smile on his face. Delivery people could learn from this guy.

Would not recommend. Website kept changing from delivery to pickup. Ordered what I thought was delivery last week and called an hour later to see where it was. They said I ordered pickup, I asked if they could deliver or refund because I was unable to pick it up and thought I ordered it for delivery as it asked for my address. They said they would refund it and never did. V buyer beware
