Black Jack Pizza Review I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at Black Jack Pizza. While placing our order, I observed troubling hygiene practices that made me question the safety of the food. One employee was using a computer and then immediately handled pizza with the same dirty gloves, with no attempt to change them or wash their hands. Another employee working the register transitioned to preparing food without washing their hands or wearing gloves, which is a major red flag for food safety. Additionally, I noticed pizza sauce sitting out on the table at room temperature, which raised concerns about proper food storage. After witnessing these practices, we decided to scale back our order from what we originally planned and only got a large pizza for the kids. Unfortunately, my suspicions about food safety were confirmed when my daughter developed diarrhea just two hours after eating and felt unwell for the entire following day, likely due to food poisoning. The lack of basic hygiene protocols, like handwashing and proper glove use, combined with improper food storage, made this a risky and unpleasant experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this location. Black Jack Pizza needs to address these serious sanitation issues to ensure customer safety. I won’t be returning until I’m confident these problems are resolved.
Response to owner's reply: Yea find better staff. Wait times are atrocious due to staff messing around in back. I waited 5 minutes just for a staff member to pop up only to give me a pizza with the wrong toppings and was rude. I asked for a manager and they said they were the manager refused to correct my order and acted like it was my fault they had it wrong. I left without my food. will not return. I do not reccomend this dirty store...

We got a delivery and one pizza was a little too dark for our liking. The staff was amazing in helping us! I believe the gentleman’s name was Magnus, he took my call, explained why it was that way, and then made a new pizza and delivered it to us himself!!! The man is a G. This location has my loyalty forever.

Used to be the best Blackjacks. Since then we have had burnt pizza, no one answering the phone and now no saying hi with zero customers. Six employees, one customer and no one said hi or asked to get my order.

I completely messed up my order so I had to call. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice about it and changed what I did wrong. The pan pizza is to die for. And it's going to be the best 2nd day pizza. I love cold pizza. Delivery was fast and the the guy even wished me a happy New year. He even had a smile on his face. Delivery people could learn from this guy.
