Still quite impressed, I order here every weekend. El Diablo and some jalapeno poppers. Or occasionally the 5 piece tenders...Still so glad whoever bought this out a few years ago turned It around. Have minimal bad experiences, always delicious! Always happy to have the confidence knowing my order 4.5/5 times is made correct and well! Unlike years prior. Love the El Diablo!

The management to me has improved the entire business compared to a few years back. And that's disgusting Sean, no one wants lettuce and tomato on a burger with BBQ sauce etc. 🤮
Now the El Diablo! That burger is so intense and amazing. In moderation no doubt but wow...
(3+ years ago...) This store has no hope. I'm a regular and they still screw up my order almost every time. On occasion it's fantastic and then I go back the next time and it's shit. Not even worth typing up my experiences.

This location has the best service of any Carls Jr I have been to. Had a miscommunication while ordering, nobody's fault, yet they made it right even after we told them everything worked out fine. Awesome customer focus! Thank you!

The food here is good but what makes the 5th star is the SERVICE. I generally go in the mornings and am always greeted by a friendly smile and great service. I'm so glad they stopped the automated order system because that did not go well. They recognized it wasn't convenient, heard customer complaints, and actually made a change. The very few times I've had issues with an order, they fix it happily and quickly. Thank you for making mornings just a little better :)
Dietary restrictions: I know they have gluten free options which is great for a fast food place.
