Employees are good. Never had a problem with my food but their menu screen in the drive thru sucks. The screen goes through different images not allowing you see the menu long enough to place an order without creating a line behind you. I hate it because the workers are waiting for you to order and you're waiting for a menu. So frustrating!!!

Oh, boy dining here was a treat. I cannot stress how much it meant to me when Valentina was so very generous as to greet me when i walked in. The food was ok too i guess. I will be coming again, because i’ve never enjoyed a burger experience quite like this one.

I understand not wanting to make food 20 to 30 mins before closing. But dont soak the buns in sink water and make them soggy just because your associates are upset. Close earlier if you dont want late night customers. 9/04/2025

Went 30 minutes before close ordered and got spicy chicken sandwiches. Got home opened them they smelled like dish wather and were drenched.

We wait to take out order and absolutely nobody helped me and 4 other guys walked because of there was simply no greeting or welcome.. neither did we eat because the last that looked at us 5 times never said a word.... corporate need to fix a few things ..never Ben to jack in the box and don't plan on it.
I came in a long shift after work as they had great deal in the app. When I came in my food was ready be the estimated time and looked well put together. I've always liked carls Jr. And I'm excited to finally have one near me!
