In the world of customer service you expect Chick-fil-a to continue to exceed. Tonight at the Parker, CO location not only was I a bit sticker shocked, but had customer service experience I never expected. I ordered a number six 12 piece, made the fire a large and asked for the berry frost for a drink. When the young lady at the window by the name of Cadence told me my order was $18 and some change I was a bit shocked. So I repeated it and she said yes $18. Then I said “for a 12 piece meal?” She rolled her eyes and said “yes” and a snide tone. She took my card, ran it and handed it back to with the receipt. Turned around and started speaking to the older gentleman standing there. Bobbing her head and chatting away. I figured she was talking about me by her movements. The confirmation came when he looked around her. We made eye contact and he moved back in-front of her and continued to talk. I finally got my food and she handed me my drink. I said thank you and she replied “ya” and turned around. Never in the over 40 years that I have been going to chick-fil-a been treated with such a snippy attitude. Then chose to talk about me while I was still there. Thank you Cadence for showing me Chick-fil-a is lowering their standards for customer service.

Their drive through and pick up has become a mess. When I’ve mentioned it to them they either have an attitude or say “yeah I don’t know”
I am a frequent Chick-fil-A customer and I always order the 30 piece family meal and substitute some of the nuggets for the grilled nuggets for my wife. One would think that taking out six fried nuggets and adding six grilled nuggets would literally be nothing but for whatever reason this location is hard up on swapping nuggets…. Never have I ever had this happen. Super disappointed. Sounds to be one of those managers that love enforcing the rules instead of making their customers happy with something that would cost nothing or cause any hard work. They told me if I wanted the six grill that I would have to buy six more nuggets.
I’d also like to add that they gave me 30 nuggets, four fries, four cookies and tin sauces in one regular size bag so as soon as I turned at the light, everything spilled out in the seat because the bag is filled to the brim. Maybe this should be the concern. But what do I know?

Me and my friends got kicked us out of chick fil an after we walked for 15 minutes here in the rain,we ordered everything just because they have had other complaints of the school we attend. We didn’t do anything wrong but they still kicked us out they just wanted our money.They waited till all 7 girls paid and sat down comfortably then they told us I think there should at least be a sign so we know beforehand. We ended up going to Wendy’s to eat our meal.
