New french fries are terrible. It is a bummer to see Chick-fil-A ruin their primary side dish. The new fries are grainy and are not any crispier than the old ones. Not to mention they taste awful. High prices and bad fries = fewer visits from my family.

This was the single WORST experience I've ever had at this chick fil a that I've been to literally hundreds of times.

I ordered an ice cream cone, when I pulled up I was offended an "ice cream cup", which is NOT what I ordered. I was then told they could "put a cone on top if you want" and "sorry it's pathetic".

I then saw I was charged for it, why was I offered something I didn't order and didn't want and then charged for it?

Then I drove off with a refund on that item and the actual item I paid for, a frosted lemonade. It tasted terrible and off and not normal and I called and after a long discussion was told I wasn't getting a refund then was hung up on.

When I called back I spoke with Nate who insisted he would absolutely not give me a refund no matter what because I received the product and no one else complained about the ice cream products all day, despite the fact that I was given an "ice cream cup" which I don't even think is on your menu.

Just. Awful.

This is the opposite of the chick fil a customer experience reputation. I'm disgusted by it.

Me my mom and my brother went to chick fil a and after we ate are good we got ice cream and my brother stuck his ice cream cone in my face 😈 then actually said that I was trying in to eat it even though we were just talking so then he asked Mom to by him another she said no and that he did it him self.

This place is my all time favorite fast food location and has never once messed up my order EVER, so the 5 stars is a given, but today I got a milkshake in a single-layer paper cup and it broke my heart! I understand why the Styrofoam could not last forever, but that double-layer paper cup was genius and without the second layer the last 20% of my shake was a puddle despite me eating it as fast as I could. Feels like my innermost child was suddenly forced to grow up.

This location now uses rollers to flatten their chicken sandwiches, but they don't do it as bad as other locations i frequent more often.

But what's up with the lemonade? It no longer has lemon pulp in it. I usually go to the Brighton location as well as green valley ranch and southlands, and their lemonade still has pulp, but not this location.

CFA is usually a great franchise, but this one is a joke. If you go inside you will see several employees, and at least 4 managers, sitting around and playing on their phones while a small handful of employees bust their butt doing their job. The folks running the cash machine are untrained and provide unfortunate customer service. This particular location is in a great spot so I do hope they can sort out their lack of employee engagement and managerial laziness.

Lemonade

Worst branch, drove 20 minutes there and they just gave me the wrong and uneatable spicy burgers. To make it even worse, when I called to report, branch manager acting like it’s really nothing, patronizing with excuses like “they share the same box so totally possible to mix up”. No it’s absolutely not hard to match the food with the order! I will keep escalating this until this branch manager gets fired.
