Good quality as expected of every Chick-fil-A and the manager was very nice and friendly
Excellent service , employees are very nice.
Worst and nuggets are hard to bite. Over cooked. We informed and they did not care. Probably they do not care Asians.
Overall nice , burgers were really different, just love with mustered and honey sauce.
What a scam this place is staff doesnt care i ordered a 12piece nuggets only an what i got was 12 tiny pieces..I brought it up to both owen and Jonathan and they both didnt seem to care...no manager stopped by to address my concern...I paid 8 dollars for two dollars worth of chicken

New french fries are terrible. It is a bummer to see Chick-fil-A ruin their primary side dish. The new fries are grainy and are not any crispier than the old ones. Not to mention they taste awful. High prices and bad fries = fewer visits from my family.
They are godly people always caring about their customers and what they stand for

This was the single WORST experience I've ever had at this chick fil a that I've been to literally hundreds of times.
I ordered an ice cream cone, when I pulled up I was offended an "ice cream cup", which is NOT what I ordered. I was then told they could "put a cone on top if you want" and "sorry it's pathetic".
I then saw I was charged for it, why was I offered something I didn't order and didn't want and then charged for it?
Then I drove off with a refund on that item and the actual item I paid for, a frosted lemonade. It tasted terrible and off and not normal and I called and after a long discussion was told I wasn't getting a refund then was hung up on.
When I called back I spoke with Nate who insisted he would absolutely not give me a refund no matter what because I received the product and no one else complained about the ice cream products all day, despite the fact that I was given an "ice cream cup" which I don't even think is on your menu.
Just. Awful.
This is the opposite of the chick fil a customer experience reputation. I'm disgusted by it.

Me my mom and my brother went to chick fil a and after we ate are good we got ice cream and my brother stuck his ice cream cone in my face 😈 then actually said that I was trying in to eat it even though we were just talking so then he asked Mom to by him another she said no and that he did it him self.
