So looks like this restaurant doesn't maintain their restaurant properly, closed AGAIN because of water problems?!?! Why don't you put a sign on the lawn easily seen from the street to let patrons know, so silly we have to park and walk to the door to read your CLOSED. Disappointed this restaurant isn't maintained better!

Let me preface this by saying I've been visiting the Chili's in Parker since they opened over a decade ago, But I admittingly haven't been in almost 5 years. I have a lot of stomach issues so I have to be really careful about what I eat and normally all I eat when I go out is whatever is a safe bet which is usually just steak. So I got the steak at my last visit at Chili's about three months ago, And when it came out I got to be honest it did not look great. It honestly look like it had been frozen and thawed out in a microwave and then never actually cooked,but my mistake was taking a chance on it. I didn't immediately feel sick but that night was pretty awful and that next morning I felt like I had a bowling ball in my stomach. I blamed myself mostly for this Because I should have said something then but I didn't.
I haven't been able to eat beef at all since then The few times I've been able to eat some it hasn't stayed down at all I have gone immediately nauseous and thrown it all up. I'm actually kind of gutted because steak is one of the only things I can eat.
Like I said I'm frustrated with myself for not saying anything but I really also put a major fault on Chili's here because they served me what was clearly not a cooked steak and possibly even a spoiled one. I don't know how often this happens to them but it needs to be chronicled. I've never eaten food so bad it's turn me off of a source of protein for this long before.

My family was having a small get together the other day and I placed a to-go order. Taryn was such a delight when she was helping me and she was very knowledgable and smart about everything. I really appreciate this level of service! The food was super yummy and will continue to come here!

On the night of November 13, I placed a to-go order at this Chili’s location. I ordered a burger, kids’ pasta, and a chicken quesadilla. For the quesadilla, I clearly requested multiple times that it be made without bacon — only cheese and chicken. When I opened the food the quesadilla still contained bacon pieces. This shows a lack of attention to customer requests, and it was very disappointing. I will not be recommending this location, and I do not plan to return or order from here again. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

I have been going to Chili's since I was a young kid and loved their fajitas. Let me tell you , Chili's is not the same as it was back in the '80's through 2000's. My last few visits and take out were very disappointing as it was my go-to restaurant whenever I was on my own and wanted to treat myself. I went today to treat myself to lunch in the middle of the afternoon and it wasn't very busy. There was nobody behind the bar until they showed up about 5 minutes later. I ordered my usual fajita and it was not worth double the price what it was in the '80's about $21 and some change. They brought the toppings out first then the steak mixed with the Vegetables without the sizzle and the meat cooked all the way through and not hot at all. The steak seemed poor quality and rubbery. Chili's was well-known for the sizzling fajitas brought to the table and that distinctive smell that came with it that I did not smell at all. It was also very bland as it did not used to be. Chili's must have gone downhill as this will not be my go-to anymore as I wasted over $26 and I will chalk it up as a lesson.
