On the night of November 13, I placed a to-go order at this Chili’s location. I ordered a burger, kids’ pasta, and a chicken quesadilla. For the quesadilla, I clearly requested multiple times that it be made without bacon — only cheese and chicken. When I opened the food the quesadilla still contained bacon pieces. This shows a lack of attention to customer requests, and it was very disappointing. I will not be recommending this location, and I do not plan to return or order from here again. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

I have been going to Chili's since I was a young kid and loved their fajitas. Let me tell you , Chili's is not the same as it was back in the '80's through 2000's. My last few visits and take out were very disappointing as it was my go-to restaurant whenever I was on my own and wanted to treat myself. I went today to treat myself to lunch in the middle of the afternoon and it wasn't very busy. There was nobody behind the bar until they showed up about 5 minutes later. I ordered my usual fajita and it was not worth double the price what it was in the '80's about $21 and some change. They brought the toppings out first then the steak mixed with the Vegetables without the sizzle and the meat cooked all the way through and not hot at all. The steak seemed poor quality and rubbery. Chili's was well-known for the sizzling fajitas brought to the table and that distinctive smell that came with it that I did not smell at all. It was also very bland as it did not used to be. Chili's must have gone downhill as this will not be my go-to anymore as I wasted over $26 and I will chalk it up as a lesson.

Service at this Chili’s has gone down tremendously. I came here yesterday with my partner and our server came to our table ONCE during our whole meal, and never refilled our drinks. The busser literally noticed we weren’t being served so he took it upon himself to bring us drinks when it wasn’t even his job. If it weren’t for the BUSSER we wouldn’t have had anything to drink during our meal. Not to mention the busser was also the person who brought our food out. We saw our server TWICE, once when we were done eating so she could ask if we wanted the check, and the other to come pick up our money.

Worst food I’ve ever gotten from chilis. The Texas cheese fries were stale and cold with nothing but a couple jalapeños and cheese, no bacon. My fries were cold and stale and my mac and cheese pasta was horrid, the noodles were chopped up into tiny pieces and was COLD as well. The triple dipper platters were not cooked right and we didn’t get what we ordered. It was really disappointing cause we were so hungry!!

Used to go here a lot, minimum of once a month. Then they started changing the menu and we started going much less frequently, maybe once or twice a year. We always get chips and queso(loved the queso), and when we went again recently we found that the queso has also changed. It’s watery and tastes like the nacho cheese you get at a ball park, sad to say we will not be returning
Worst chilis I’ve ever been to. Foods old and stale. They’ll mess up your order every time for take out. They’ll tell you to come get the correct order over the phone and say it’ll be ready in less than 15 mins. And when you arrive after about 20 mins they’ll tell you it’s gonna be another 20 minutes… 40 mins for cheese sticks…? How is that even possible? Especially when the place is dead inside lmao
