Manager made us leave because of a CERTIFIED service animal (small bird). We still had to pay for food we barely got to eat. Two nice ladies were very respectful and loved the bird. They got a nice tip. The bird is very empathetic and helps prevent panic attacks and helps with ptsd from many attempts of taking my own life. This bird is very helpful toward my anxiety and many other restaurants understand that. I do not understand why at this specific Chili’s they did not understand that this bird is helpful. We can go anywhere with this bird and others do not mind it and actually find him adorable and very nice. Will not come to this specific Chili’s again. Picture below is of the bird that is certified and was such a gigantic problem.

Had a great experience at Chili's this evening. Went late for a takeout meal and had a really nice guy ( had long hair / dreads ) take care of me. Was a good environment. Thanks !

The main dining room server Jacob was very helpful. We order to go all the time. For $10. A double burger, french fries and Cesar salad. Good deal and better than fast food. I do not recommend the bar service. Very unfriendly.

Very slow service, not at all busy. If the brunette yawned one more time I would have fallen asleep.

Waitress was way overworked. A company this big needs to invest in more staff.

Service was excellent. I forgot to complete the survey that my server asked me to do. He was awesome though!! Spaced on his name or I would have given a shoutout here. Food was fair, my Brussels sprouts were pretty dehydrated but I was pretty hungry and they were seasoned well so I didn’t complain at the time. Other than that it was the best experience I’ve had at chili’s in a while.Parking: My GPS had me make a U turn at the nearest intersection, but there’s a whole shopping center you can also get into it from.

My mom and I went to Chili's for Mex-American food and were caught off guard by the change in their menu to food resembling Applebee's. The only remnants of its previous "South of the Border" food selection were guacamole, quesadillas, and fajitas. Their alcoholic drink selection has expanded, as it appears they've traded Mexican food for spirits mixology. The food was what would be expected with the best word to describe it being good. There was one server for the bar area where we were sitting, and she got the food to the table still hot and with a warm smile even with six or eight tables seated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, much like going Applebee's.
