Always put of something and never more than one person working the line even if other employees are there, very slow. Recent update: Almost had a good experience here, one more item on my bowl and they put the wrong item on it. The wrong item was guacamole, which they probably also charged me for. 🤬

Never going back to this chipotle again. I got guacamole and I kid you not it was enough to fill one table spoon leveled I wish I was joking. If I am paying extra I expect a full portion scoop size. All the portions were not even a full scoop.

Food is good, service is good, wait times depend on when you arrive (lunch/dinner) The one thing that id say could be mildly infuriating is the quality of the bags and bowls. For context im currently out of a vehicle so I use an e-scooter to get around so I asked for a handled bag to carry my food and ended up wiping out because my food fell out from the bottom of the bag (it didn't rip, the glue they use to hold it came undone mid ride) and caught my wheel mind you I've done this a few times already. The second about the bowl is the fact that if your bowl has liquid in it then it starts to break up and mix with the food if you even so much as accidentally use your utensils with slightly too much force. Other than that the location is very good

*I would not recommend using the app to do pick up orders here. The pickup here is a mess & my meals were half full every time I would do that. They were also never placed on the rack so I always had to ask an annoyed employee for my takeout.
Maybe the dine in experience is better, it probably is, the food was tasty.

Just went through here bought a steak burrito that both ends were wide open, steak was over half gristle they handed me the burrito the outside wrapper completely covered in sauce as I walked to get napkins to clean it off the checkout person put it in a bag without wiping it. Horrible lunch

I don't go in here very often but when I do it's either really fast and friendly service or the kids that work here all want to stare right at you and act like you're not there. Like your bothering them to do the job they get paid to do.
