I don't go in here very often but when I do it's either really fast and friendly service or the kids that work here all want to stare right at you and act like you're not there. Like your bothering them to do the job they get paid to do.

Associate was not friendly and when verified if order was correct he said yes but then opened to find out wrong and seemed annoyed to fix it. Said thanks and no response back or apologies. Food orders from here have been wrong in the past as well.

I had an awesome visit to Chipotle recently, and everything from the service to the food was spot on. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. My order was prepared perfectly, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that hit the spot.
The burrito bowl I got was packed with flavor, tender chicken, perfectly seasoned rice, and all the toppings blended beautifully. The guac was fresh and creamy, and the chips had that perfect crunch with just the right amount of salt and lime.
The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. Whether youâre grabbing a quick lunch or fueling up after a long day, this Chipotle location delivers quality and consistency every time. Definitely coming back!

We were very disappointed with our visit. First, the tables were not bused, debris on the floors. The taco shells were broken, the steak was tough and the miniscule amount of guacamole a joke. They charge outrageous prices and I don't see them staying open for very long.

Tried to grab a bag of chips and guacamole to go after being ignored through four people at the checkout, when finally spoken was told you had to walk through the whole line to purchase anything. This has never been a thing and okay if it changed fine, but it felt like an âare you dumb?â considering they were still making other people food and the cashier had a lull in service they could have been a little more friendly or even made the acknowledgment sooner. No need for the rudeness.

Ran by children with no supervision. Second time in a row the food container lids are bent and leaking. Will not ever return to this location ever again due to extremely poor interaction with an employee that claimed to be the manager and he clearly was not. I advise others to pick a different location.

Food is good but service is less than ideal. Online pickup is not well organized. Only having one person handling checkout and delivering online orders is not well planned. If you order online, youâll be waiting quite some time if itâs during peak times as they constantly have to check out the long line of customers. Personally I would rather go to a different location or give extra time for a delayed pickup

When I say I wish I was joking on how I just received my delivery order, kids build your own tacos, does this look like hard shell taco?? Who the - is working rn???? Like I have never experienced something this bad LOL

Had a pick up order, it was wrong, and looked the same as some of the other reviews. I went back in and told them it was wrong and was told theyâd remake the order. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting, and watching the pick up shelf for my order but it never came out. So I went and asked for a manager and a refund. Turns out, my order was just sitting in the back getting cold the whole time. Thankfully, the second order was right and they gave me a refund. But to have to go through all that for a simple order is ridiculous. Also, the staff were eating, touching their faces, touching their phones, etc. and would go back to working without washing their hands or changing their gloves. Iâd avoid this location for sure and go to the one on Cottonwood or something.

I ordered 20 mins before closing online and they were slow to make the food but even then it was only 2 mins past when it was supposed to be ready i didn't complain at all and they gave me big portions and a drink for free possibly the biggest burrito i've ever had amazing place

Received guacamole that was absolutely vile looking and tasting. Went back to see if they had a fresh batch and they said that was all they had. Employee told me that he doesnât âsource the avocadosâ so I told them they should not be selling product that has gone bad and they didnât seem to care at all. Absolutely disgusting service and quality. Will not be going back to this location.
