Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used “chipotlane” and scheduled to pick my order up at 5:20. After waiting 5-10 minutes for each car in front of me to move through the line, I finally got to the window and received my cold order at 5:40. Once I finally got home, I found that the order is wrong. I have used this location 3 times and have had some kind of problem every time. This was my last time going to this location.

I mean, if you don’t have an ingredient, don’t substitute and/or not put it in the item ordered, without possibly making a phone call..?? My online pick up was not what i had ordered, and no, i don’t want the staff making different decisions for me. I was there slightly earlier than my ready time, they informed me, then the girl handed me the bag, and at the same time told me they didn’t have fajitas.. my 1 item was a fajita quesadilla. I drove off and at the same time thinking- i should have declined the order but didn’t want to turn around.
Maybe make a phone call if you’re unable to complete orders.

Also, please add napkins and utensils to Togo orders. That would be helpful.

Review #2- Chipotle should be like Chick-fil-a, as to where i never have to make a phone call, turn around, or wonder if my order is correct.
Went today again, and oh my gosh, portion sizes are lacking! It’s embarrassing. How do you continue to rip customers off?

Please do better, when i want my money back- “PEPPER” is a sorry, useless source.

After 25 minutes of waiting for my food… this is what I got.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and burrito was soggy and falling apart. Do not go here this place sucks!

Went here with a gift card just to use it. Three entrees and chips and queso with drinks wound up at $70. To make it better, the kid found hair in his food, and the chips were stale. Even saw one of the girls behind the counter talking on her phone while a line was forming... Definitely swearing off Chipotle.

Added guacamole and all the veggies that they have available for a burrito bowl their corn is colder than ice. When I received the meal mind you, my DoorDasher was six minutes away from me I live super close and my Dasher was right around the corner from chipotle when he accepted my order (tipped him 3$). I asked for extra meat, I got a pinch of steak. paid three dollars extra for guacamole.
Also got a pinch of guac not worth your money unless you want a handful of rice and nothing more go in person unless you want to be scammed for almost 40$

Food is usually pretty good - as goes chipotle. Team needs more training however as the restaurant is often a hot mess and nobody seems to understand to clean as they go - this goes for the line as well, which is surprisingly bad. Team has challenges folding burritos which seems odd, regularly getting partially folded burritos needing a fork to eat. Prices just keep rising which makes a burrito alone almost $20.

One person working the line, very slow

If I could give zero stars , I would. We ordered 2 bowls and there was barely any chicken at all, ordered light rice : received almost all rice , ordered black beans received zero beans , asked for mild tomato and medium corn salsa, received zero tomato salsa. Ordered vinaigrette and was told they have none. Do better Chipotle!!!! Paid $11 a bowl for basically rice and a little lettuce. And the staff were incredibly unfriendly!!!!

My phone is bigger than my burrito.

I don't know who the manager is tonight but the lobby is dirty. The floor is sticky and there is not one table that is clean.

Unacceptable. The staff does not listen to your order. Completely rude and frustrated staff. No leadership. Enough to walk out. Never again. Manager, get your team together! You give chipotle a bad name.

Clean, quick service, fresh food, friendly staff. It’s rare to find a Chipotle that has it all. The food was excellent!
