Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give zero stars , I would. We ordered 2 bowls and there was barely any chicken at all, ordered light rice : received almost all rice , ordered black beans received zero beans , asked for mild tomato and medium corn salsa, received zero tomato salsa. Ordered vinaigrette and was told they have none. Do better Chipotle!!!! Paid $11 a bowl for basically rice and a little lettuce. And the staff were incredibly unfriendly!!!!

I don't know who the manager is tonight but the lobby is dirty. The floor is sticky and there is not one table that is clean.

Unacceptable. The staff does not listen to your order. Completely rude and frustrated staff. No leadership. Enough to walk out. Never again. Manager, get your team together! You give chipotle a bad name.

Clean, quick service, fresh food, friendly staff. It’s rare to find a Chipotle that has it all. The food was excellent!

The portions were small and the line staff was rude and not listening. Making me have to repeat myself since they were too busy talking to each other. Go to the one on mainstreet in Parker for better service and portions.

Got an online order and when I got home kids meals were missing chips, and my bowl had oxidized guac! Not sure why someone would just serve that knowing how bad it looks it was literally black! And it tasted so gross I had to throw away my whole bowl! I contacted chipotle about it but never heard back!

This was our 3rd and last time eating at this location and possibly the last at chipotle period. Every table was dirty as well as the floor, asked employees to wipe down table which never happened. So when you have a dirty, not clean restaurant and possibly kitchen as well explains the bubble gut from poor quality food. Other location in Parker about the same. Employees that can careless, but that’s the kind of workforce we have these days, very sad.

Been going here a bit because I have been working in the area. Compared to other Chipotles this one can be skimpy on your entree, especially if ordering barbacoa. Not every time but enough to get me to write a review just warning others that depending on who is serving you you may end up with a fork full of meat and a couple spoonfuls of rice wondering why you paid $12 for this entree….
