For the price they charge you for ice cream, the least they can do is hire kids who aren’t terrible workers and leave them to run the store themselves. The guy serving us barely gave any ice cream even though we paid extra for a bigger cup. He was scooping the ice cream like his boss would kill him if he gave us too much. He did the same thing with the toppings making us a sk for more. Other cold stone locations never do this and this is a step down from the quality I've come to expect from cold stone.

I just ask that you please treat customers with respect and also, do not try to serve rotting bananas to your customers. I was very concerned that when the employee looked at that banana that the first thought wasn't to throw it away. I understand it's an hour before close but I was just sad to see how unhappy the employees were and the lack of care. Maybe there is an issue with management or training, I'm not sure. But that was unexcusable.

We love Cold Stone! This location is our go to since it's close to our house.
They're always fully stocked with different types of flavors. Love how quick and easy the trip is. We're in there a few minutes and out.
The last few times we've been there, it was empty which is nice. There's seating in the inside to cool off during the hot summer days. The store itself is well organized and clean.
I love getting their like it, French vanilla ice cream mixed with almond and rainbow sprinkles. It's been my go to order since highschool

This location has been my go-to ever since I moved to Parker. Cold Stone is one of my favorites! And this location has friendly staff and a clean store. The Ice cream quality is always superb and most times I end up getting a tub of my favorite mix to take home. Chocolate ice cream, a lot of raspberries, and a lot of mini chocolate chips! So tasty!
The mint chocolate ice cream tastes amazing! The lady called Ana suggested it and it was my best decision so far.

i live in southlands and go to cold stone all the time down there but today i went to this location and it was horrible to say the least anything from bad customer service they just wanted me out of there because they were eating ice cream of there own and then when my milkshake came it was all watered down and i asked for some whipped cream they put a dot of whipped cream and i got to my car and its literally like water definitely wont be coming to this location again and i worn you guys not to eather no gloves they never washed there hands very disappointed and discusted

I was charged twice at this store and the cashier kept asking to charge a 3rd time. I explained my card had already been charged and she assured me the extra charges would drop off. They never did and when you call the store it goes straight to voicemail. Its very expensive and 4 desserts were 45$. So Im 90$ out for not great ice cream.

It smells like dirty, sour water. I've gone in twice over the past two ish months, and the sour filth smell is overwhelming. The glass on the ice cream cooler is so dirty it's hard to read the flavors.My bf and I thought it was a one-off, but after going back again and walking into the stench of a sweaty belly button... I've lost my appetite. No thank you.
