Highly disappointed.. I waited months for the cannoli cookie to be brought back to the secret menu. So I travel to the Parker location the closet to me to get the cookie. Let’s start with the fact the cookie doesn’t look like how it supposed to in the picture. Which nothing will ever look like the advertisement but I’ve had the cookie before. So I was disappointed. The cookie was thicker than the filling. (THE BEST PART OF COURSE) I decided to not let it bother me. My family and I tasted the cookie, we all were like whatever it’s fine BUT to get to the 3rd cookie and find a ARM HAIR in the cookie . Now I’m more than disappointed but I’m highly disgusted. I included my hair compared to the hair in the picture. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t match. The hair was imbedded into the filling.. I think I’m okay with not going back to this location…

Staff were very friendly. I missed changing the pick up time to a later time but a call to the store got it fixed easily. Cookies looked great!
