My family and I ate at the Culvers in parker on 6/8/2025 and had the best experience The staff was amazing, over the top, very friendly which you usually don't get in fast food. Kolton was great and even came around to ask how our food was. We always eat here and food is always great.

Ordered my meal through the drive-through waited over 15 minutes for it to come to the car. It was my mistake that I assumed they would’ve quality checked it before putting it in the bag. I drove all the way home to open the bag and the hamburger was made completely wrong so I had to drive all the way back and I asked for a refund and she said I can only give you a refund for the hamburger. Noooo. The whole meal should have been refunded.

The other day we waited for 50 muintes for our food. No people came out to say how long our food was going to take. After we waited for 50 muintes we got our burgers it came with no sides at all 3 of our sides.We told the workers and the ignored us for 10 more minutes.When we got home our bacon cheese burger came with what looked like dog poop on top. Also their where workers standing around the counters and their were many other people who we missing items or got the wrong orders. By the way they were not understaffed.

I think the worst part about this place is the way it smells. As soon as you walk in you can smell the bathroom and once you enter the dining room it smells like dirty rags/feet. The food used to be so fresh and hot tasting but the last couple times the food has been cold and stale with the cheese not even melted on the cheeseburger. They also seem to have a problem with the fountain machine as mentioned in many reviews below, but still not fixed. Every drink we chose either had too much syrup or no carbonation. Sad this place has gone downhill so badly.

There is clearly a top down management problem here. I ordered two meals, and every single item was made incorrectly, which is honestly quite amazing.
Culver’s corporate should do something about this location, because it is killing their brand value.

This place is awful. Filthy inside and out, cashier put his hand inside our cups when grabbing them for us at the register. Dining room is a mess and service is incredibly slow given there is nobody in this place. Surprised Culver’s chain isn’t stepping in and doing something. Place needs some fresh management bad or it won’t be around long. Been to other Culver’s and never experienced anything quite like this one.

This Culver’s is getting sloppy. Upset because we don’t go out to eat a lot but we went here and the chocolate milkshake was so runny and disgusting and had something weird in it definitely not chocolate like it was sitting out from an old order because it was so gross. Food was gross. Hate wasting money on garbage. And that’s why we probably don’t go out as much places are not what they use to be. Not going back ever!!
Very unimpressed with the food. Teens working the counter were really nice but that's the only positive thing I can say. The food was very meh.

The last several times we’ve been here the experience has been so frustrating. Asked for GF bun for an allergy and they forgot, part of the meal is almost always missing, I’ve seen employees treating each other poorly - bad vibes all around. Not sure I want to keep coming here.

This review is a reflection of management and NOT employees and I come almost weekly because my child gets to choose 1 night a week so this is not a one time experience. Restaurant has gone noticeably downhill in the last 6 months. It’s often filthy, unkempt, the food takes a while to come out (25 minutes at the time of writing) and the soda machine often puts out flat soda and the dispenser arms are sticky to the point they have to be forced. This is 100% down to the lack of proper staffing. I can tell that for whatever reason individuals working here care a lot about quality but they are woefully let down by inept management. Another item is that this company is obviously paying for positive reviews as 5 star recent reviews have stock photos with the review.

Everything about this place is just sort of average. The worst being drink machines that are low or out of carbonation (very frequent problem) and staff that are not well trained and/or not engaged (forgot our cups b/c she went back to looking at her phone, we were like we need our cups, so she gave us one cup, then looked back at her phone, but we need 2 cups because, see, there are two of us and you just punched into the computer 2 drinks Not a big deal, but it's always something like that here, and you gotta rate them on something. Other places are consistently better, faster, more reliable, cleaner, and better at customer service.
Kid-friendliness: Sure, but not like they have toys with the meal or playgrounds inside or TVs or pinball machines, or crayons etc.
