We went through the drive through at this location and were immediately asked to park despite no other cars behind us in the drive through. After more than ten minutes waiting I finally went in and asked for a status on our order. It was sitting on the counter behind the register. We paid $32 for two meals that ended up like warm because they forgot we were outside waiting.

Normally, I really like Culver's. This visit was horrible. Customer service was poor. I went through the drive-thru. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went in and asked for a refund. What a waste of time.

Culver’s is always a solid choice. Their ButterBurgers are delicious - hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The concrete mixers are great, with plenty of mix-ins and rich, creamy custard. We always say hi to John when we’re there. Seeing him makes the experience even better. Friendly service and consistently good food every visit.

Had to have burger remade and when got home looked at prezel bites and they were burnt to a crisp. Been to culver's before and has always been good. Worst experience so far with quality of food and when I had burger remade they question what was wrong. Never going to this culver's again.
