The ice cream is always delicious but when i was watching them making things, they didn't wipe off the blizzard stirring machine, which can mix stuff into another thing. As someone who lives with a person severely allergic to nuts i was glad i got her a premade ice cream.

Found a long brown hair in my food and was very noticeable. Why don't your workers wear hairnets. It's disgusting. Threw it away and was a complete waste of time and money.

I came here to have a nice time with my friends, and Carson was taking my order. He was the most kind person I have ever met. He was very kind and genuine. He took our food order and had it out in a flash. It was warm, tasty and overall a great time and I think Carson for being so nice and making this an even more eventful experience.

Honestly, all I've ever done here is drive through, for blizzards. I can't speak to the rest of their food or the indoor ambiance. If you want a very thick milkshake to eat with a spoon, this is the place. Unless you want a super-premium one, then go to crave burger.

Went in for a rootbeer float and the cashier didn’t have a clue how to properly make one. As it couldn’t figure it out the portions didn’t fill the large cup that I ordered so it transferred the order to a medium cup and handed my order to me after a significant waiting period. As I unhappily tried to eat my dessert I kept getting nuts or chocolate but apparently something that didn’t belong in a float, I had to throw the order away because I was too disgusted to go on. I quit going to this location after multiple visits with bad service.

She made sure everything was correct on my order, one original double combo with no pickles, one large blizzard, Oreo, side salad, couple of dressings, and a small blizzard Heath. I was there yesterday with my son, and servers Milo and Kaylee are so nice! Like old-school polite, friendly - we had meals with ice cream and Kaylee offered to get the ice cream when we were done with lunch so it wouldn't melt. How nice was that?? When I went to the counter later to get ice cream, Milo offered to bring it to us. In a time when customer service is not great, this was SUCH a wonderful experience. (I had a girl at Sky Zone tell me she "wasn't good at months" when I asked when my son's jump pass was going to expire.) THANK YOU MILO AND KAYLEE!!

everytime i go to this dairy queen they never give me buffalo sauce i think i got it one time and that was when i asked for 2 they gave me 1 they also gave me 5 chicken strips instead of 6 and like 10 fries (not exaggerating) it’s very good but they never can do anything

Young girl at register with 10 people in line !She did a awesome job and kept working it. She was so kind and apologetic and we told her she was doing fantastic job. Had peanut buster parfee and brownie Carmel delight . Both were worth the drive.
