If they can’t keep track of their online orders then don’t allow online ordering. The food is decent and it’s the only good Thai food in the Parker area but when I order food online and I’m told it will be ready at 6:30 I don’t appreciate coming in and waiting an additional 30 minutes because they forgot to send the order to the kitchen.

Also, tell your kitchen staff that we can see them when they take food off the sides of to go containers and eat it.

Delicious food, friendly staff and excellent service. We ordered Drunken Noodles, chicken Pad Thai and fried rice. The chicken and rice soup is delicious!!

We stopped to use the charger and thai food sounded good so we gave it a chance. The food is really good and the service was amazing even though there was a steady stream of take-out orders. Would definitely come back regularly if we lived closer.

If order pick it up will take an hour+ for your order to be ready.
One woman working the floor busting her butt! Don’t expect great service but expect Great food!

We waited 40 minutes after the time our food was supposed to be ready just for our food order to be wrong TWICE. After 25 minutes of waiting, we asked for an update and they said it would be ready in a moment. The woman next to me got her food after waiting for 30 minutes and my food was supposed to be ready before hers. After 35 minutes, we asked again and the woman at the front said “I can’t do anything about it”. At 40 minutes, they brought out our food with half of it wrong, and then said they would give a refund. A moment later, they brought out what looked to be the “right food” which still ended up incorrect with the spice level for both of the Pad Thai’s, as well as the dishes being cold, which lead us to believe they never made our dishes in the first place. The service was terrible and they were completely rude about their own mistakes.

Placed an order at 6, said it would be ready by 6:40. I kept asking from 6:40,6:50, 7:00, 7:10 and 7:30 when my food would be ready. Each time the got annoyed acted like I was being unreasonable. At 7:30 they informed me it would take an extra 40 minutes to make the fried rice. I told them to refund me for the fried rice and I’ll just take what’s ready. She said she doesn’t give refunds. I told her that was fine I just wanted what was ready. She was extremely rude and said next time I come she’ll give me the fried rice then. I told her I’m never coming back and she begrudgingly gave me a partial refund.

Other people had came, been seated, fed and left in the time I waited. It got to the point where other patrons were looking at me with pity.

It’s not my first experience with the restaurant taking more than 40 minutes longer than stated but it’s definitely my last.

Food was good . The person are so rude . If you are white . They will treat you better . Order online . Said system error . Then I reorder they made 2 . Only need 1 . Just that .wow , the person was rude and mad . .. I hope she treat other customer with respect . This is USA . Not Thailand !
