Ordered 5 tacos, one burrito, chili cheese fries and a quesadilla. Was told I was only allowed 8 sauces, then when I got home, I didn't even receive my burrito. Very disappointed, I've never received this kind of poor service at any del taco I've even been to.

We order through Grubhub from this place quite often. I can’t tell you how many times things are missing from our order!!!! Everytime I order, hoping it’s right, but let down every time. To top it off, can’t even put hot sauce in the bag!!! Waste of my money every time!!!

I’ve been to many Del Tacos for years as an LA native and this one has consistently been the best. Pre—Colorado-franchise incident they were fairly solid for dine-in and post franchise incident I find myself here even more often - I’m glad at least the weekday manager made it back here after they reopened because she is so helpful and understands and helps to alleviate the limitations of the kiosk system had. I have issues with some of the other DT locations in the area, but I’m glad this one is the closest to my office because they alway knocks it out of the park. The kiosk systems taking over the fast food industry are rough, but the crew at Del Taco - Parker still make me feel like a person and not just a wallet.

Last night was my first time ordering at this location since it reopened. When I got home I found half my order was missing, despite partially checking the bag (because I didn't want to hold up the line) and asking the employee at the window if that was everything and if they were sure before I left. I tried calling about the missing food only to be repeatedly bumped to voice mail (I left a message and haven't heard back as of writing this review 12 hours later). After driving back and waiting thru the line again (lobby wasn't open at that hour) and finally getting the missing food, with an indifferent shrug from the employee as recompense for my inconvenience I might add, the food itself ended up being cold and near inedible from the hard tortillas and crunchy rice in the burritos, that I figure was either badly undercooked or perhaps too old and dry to be soft anymore.
I understand that mistakes with orders will happen in fast food. I'm not even surprised when those mistakes are met with apathy from the employees. My expectations weren't very high or unrealistic for a Del Taco around ~10pm. But, when after 2 trips back and forth to the restaurant to recieve what I paid for yields food I can't even eat, well, at that point the whole trip was nothing but a waste of time and money for food that might as well have went straight into the trash the moment I got it.
If there is a next time at a Del Taco for me I'll be sure to make the longer trip to the location off Arapahoe road. I suggest others do the same, especially if getting their orders to-go.
Took forever in drive thru, spent my whole lunch break waiting..all I ordered was tacos

Went through the drive thru to get food which takes forever. It’s as if they start making food once they take payment or something. You look through the window and see 2 people standing there watching 1 person make everything. Like there’s 4 people inside but 1 person doing it all? Yes. I ordered a simple burger meal and it has the hardest bun of all time on it. I kid you not, i returned it and as I am being asked “was there something wrong with it” I demonstrated by knocking on the bun in front of him and having him touch it in which they agreed. But to apologize about this bun is the weirdest part. Like someone had to open it, put stuff in it, wrap it up, and put it in a bag. And out of ALL those steps and hands touching that burger, not one time did anyone say “damn, let me change out this rock ahhhh bun.” Wild.

The cashier didn't state until we placed our order that we could not get a menu item and use a coupon as they stated that the menu item was a coupon.

Last 2 times I've gone to this location. 1. Drive thru took 15 mims with 2 cars ahead of me. 2. I got hard crunchy rice thst was impossible to chew in my veggie burrito 3. Iced tea TASTES OLD and nasty
... awful.... the Arapahoe location, however, is always great!!!.. pissed I wasted my money there today.
Back to the old ways. When this place opened back up, it was top notch. Everything I went through the drive- thru to get or door dashed was perfect. Until tonight. Someone apparently hates their job in the kitchen. We door dashed. Chicken quesadillas were burned and lacking items, carne asada fries had ground beef instead of steak. Fries were burned. Ground beef in burrito tasted old and was awful. No one in my family was happy with their meal.
Love taco Tues and Thurs! Way better than taco bell (yuck)

Drive through for soft tacos and iced tea. Both were better than taco bell. But I asked for mild sauce and got blazing hot.
