Recently placed an order, received notification that it had been delivered. Checked my door which to find nothing was there. Did not receive any phone calls from driver, called facility to which the manager promptly replied “my driver delivered you ordered, we don’t call” and hung up on me. I called back asked for an explanation or compensation for not receiving my order after spending over $50 and without me finishing my statement the manager interrupted me and once again hung up on me. This is by far the worst customer service I have had and sadly will not ever order from this location again.

I only put a 1 star because there isn't 0. This place use to be good. Now there is a younger girl who works here is ALWAYS hateful and argumentative for no reason. She hates working there i guess and likes to be rude and sarcastic. I will avoid this place from now on Stroh ranch for us even though it's further. Her attitude for no reason is ridiculous.

The absolute worst pizza place in Parker. Use your rewards to get a free pizza and they still find a way to charge you. This company charges you for every little thing no matter if it's a condiment to put on their terrible tasting Pizza or if it's when you use your reward and you happen to get a crust that they just don't approve of they charge you.. I hope charging customers Petty amounts is worth losing their business forever. The manager sucks and the GM sucks. I went back to give it a shot and this is the results on 1/24 a pan pizza with no sauce!!!!

Rude, inconsiderate manager. He would rather argue with you than correct the issue or mistake. Would not recommend this location to anyone. As a paying customer you are expected to know every item on their menu to avoid any issues. Very disappointed in the customer service received at this location. Save your money & choose Pizza Hut, you can get stuffed crust which is worth your money!

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for a long time, but recently the quality has been disappointing. The hot wings barely have any sauce on them and are often just lukewarm. Similarly, the parmesan bread bites don’t seem to have as much garlic butter/sauce as they used to, which really takes away from the flavor. While the pizza is usually correct and doesn't have any major issues, the overall experience has left me and my partner with stomach upset after eating. It feels like the quality has gone down, and I’m hoping it improves soon.

Worst experience of my life. I ordered curbside pickup from 10471 S Parker Rd, and the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The guy, in his 30s, came outside, and when I rolled down my window, he literally threw my order at me. I initially thought it was a mistake, so I ignored it and said, “Thank you,” but he didn’t even bother to respond. When I politely asked for the receipt, he again threw the receipt it at me like I didn’t even deserve common courtesy.

It’s outrageous how this place treats its customers, and it’s clear they need serious training on how to interact with people. To make things worse, I strongly felt that this behavior was racially motivated. My advice to anyone, especially non-white people, is to stay far away from this place unless you want to be disrespected and insulted. This type of conduct is unacceptable in any business.

We were given only half of our order. When calling up to this location after getting home and noticing, I called requesting to talk to the mgr, James came on the line. No apologies for inconvenience, his customer service was not great and he sounded annoyed with me when asking where all the missing items were. I drove 15 minutes back up to the store and the customer service did not improve.
