Domino's Pizza

We are frequent customers of the South Parker Domino’s. Normally ordering pizza about once a month. Tonight‘s order included a gluten-free pizza which are normally overcooked, but all four of our pizzas tonight were absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Worst experience ever with this location. Pizza was horrible, see photos. They sent me out a remake and it was the exact same. To their credit, they did say they would issue a refund, but had the audacity to tell me they wouldn't do remakes for me in the future, like I'm over here just trying to get free pizza! I've never had this problem with this location before. I will think twice before ordering again. I typically get two pizzas every other week, that won't be happening anymore.

Domino's needs to get their App together. App told me 10-15min so I loaded up the kids for our 15min drive to Domino's. Get there and the app appears to have frozen, been "preparing" my order for 30 minutes now. Now that they have my money and I can't go elsewhere, it turns out they're backlogged and the 10-15min estimate was off by about 30min as I sit here in the parking lot with 3 hangry kids screaming. Sure would be nice to have them fed at a reliable time. Restaurant staff was courteous and working quickly to fill orders. This isn't the first time I've been burned by the app, so shame on me I guess.

I have ordered delivery from this location a few times before and I have never had an issue with the quality or delivery service until today. When placing my order the tracker told me to expect delivery within 30-40mins which I expected since they've delivered within that time slot before. After a hour of no text updates I checked the tracker again and saw that my order hadn't even left the prep stage. I was debating calling the store to request an update on the order but I figured they probably got busy so I'd wait a little longer. After an additional 30mins, I received a text that my order was on the way. The actual delivery driver was here fast and followed the delivery instructions but when I looked at my order I was disappointed. My pizza was really burnt in certain spots and I had the same issue with the mac and cheese which was more burnt than the pizza.

After waiting almost 2hrs this was disappointing. A while after receiving my order I did receive a email stating this delivery is not what they had hoped for and they offered me 60pts or a coupon. I did redeem points; however, they expire after a month and truthfully I don't see myself ordering again. I appreciate the effort to make it right but I more than likely won't be ordering before they expire.

Company is on a struggle. Had a complaint once because they didn’t cut my pizzas at all and then they were wrong. They sent me gift certificates to make up for it. Cool- thanks, but then despite them saying I can use them for delivery the manager says he doesn’t know how to do it and won’t accept them. Good job morons. You’ve lost my business for good.

Limited delivery options out here and they alway deliver hot pizza very quickly. The pepperoni NY style and parm bites.

First time I've ordered dominos in years and I will NEVER order from here again. Everything I ordered was really gross. Papa johns, pizza hut and multiple other pizza places have the same deals .. go there. I promise

Great experience - when I walked in they told me that they had several pizzas in the oven for the school district and mine would be a few extra minutes. They offered me a free soda while I waited. Pizzas were made very well

The kids that work there are so god awful and rude. Had to wait over ten minutes in the front before anyone said a word to me... My food had been waiting for over an hour and I couldn't check in for curb side but hey maybe their group discussion about what their dreams were like was much more important. Domino's
