Went last week to get breakfast sandwiches through the drive thru. Service was fine and quick. However, the sandwich were half cold like out of the refrigerator cold. Like only half got heated up so only partially edible. This our second time going here & had the same issue the 1st time a year or so a go.

Not impressed in this Duncan donuts! Walked in to order a dozen donuts and walked out after seeing all of the disgusting flies all over the donuts!! Thatās so unsanitary and this place should not have flies sitting all over the donuts! It was so gross! I wanted to call the health department! Makes me wonder what the back looks like! Donāt go here! Itās not clean and there are flies all over the food! š¤®š¤®š¤®

Had saw that on the app that there was a cereal milk latte, so I decided to go and try it out. When I pulled up to the speaker to order the sign still said they had the cereal milk latte, when I tried to order it, I was immediately given attitude about how that drink had been discontinued, I was unaware that it had been discontinued as their driver thru still had it on their menu as well as the app. I continued to order and after every single item I order, I received nothing but attitude from whoever was at the speaker box. I donāt care what kind of day you have or whatās going on inside, donāt take it out on customers. I will not be returning to this location because simply trying to order 3 items is now a hassle for anyone taking orders. If you donāt like your job, then quit, but it doesnāt give you the right to take it out on customers. Absolutely horrible treatment.

Iāve been to this place multiple times but today was so annoying. The girl at the drive thru window was giving me my drink covering the entire cup there was no way for me to grab the cup without touching her hand or spilling my drink smh, like come on just leave space so I can grab my drink.

It was a real bummer going here today. We intended to get some donuts to go for our family and we asked for things like an apple fritter, basic cake donut with chocolate & peanuts, and a cream filled donut and they had nothing except chocolate and strawberry sprinkles. They didnāt even let us know what they had when we asked she just ignored us. Very disappointed for a supposed ādonut shopā. Dunkinā Donuts please restock or provide options other than two choices for this location. On top of that it was $8 for 4 bad donuts that are two days old at best.

I went to this place after church today to eat as itās told family owned.. but they served me rotten bacon and the staff is really rude for asking them. Overall I suggest not to eat there.

The manager's attitude when returning an order that was poorly cooked was not friendly.
Never gets a proper order. If you tell them.avacado toast with egg. Then seasoning is missing which is shown on picture. Tasteless. After drinking hot coffee from here seriously I stop drinking hot coffee. If you want to quit. I will highly recommend this DD..east coast DD is the best. Very sad to see service here in colorado..today I got mushy half cooked hash brown and I asked hot coffee with cream and sugar. They missed cream and they gave me coffee without creamer..manager was continously arguing and not accepting this. Which is sad too. Please double check you order and price. Sometimes they charge more too..Good Luck

Had a fairly large order and the employees were great and quick to fulfill my order. The cashier was very nice and had great customer service.
So the other day I walked in in dunkin and as soon as I walked in, they said, hi, welcome in how's your day going and smiled and waved at me. I got my drink as i'm ordering and the donuts.They were just so fresh. Even when looking understaffed, they did an amazing job 100%. Go back again. Your workers are amazing.š¦šŗšŖŗš©šøāļøš«ā±ļøā ļø
