I was at the store today @330pm. I saw 2employees sitting on the counter where food is served with one employee sitting on the drive up window counter placing her dirty shoes on a tray where Im sure food is placed. I apologize but this place doesnt deserve the 1 star! There are plenty of chairs in the lobby. If they want to sit, they should use one of them chairs and stop sitting on the counter! That’s disgusting!

Careless for dashers coming to pick their orders up. The only reason I’m coming back is because the customer was super polite. They handed me an order that wasn’t even the customers. Then they blew off the customer when he called. It was a blonde hair girl. I made a report to doordash. You need to do better.

The donuts are never fresh, they are hard and dry. I'll go to any of the other bakeries in Parker to get donuts from now on. And they forgot to put a 5 piece munchkin in our order and refused to give it to us because it was the next day. Even with a receipt.

I went to pick up an iced matcha latte with Oat milk which I paid extra for and when I left I came back because I noticed that it had milk on the sticker on the side of the cup. I put both drinks on the counter and told all 3 women at the counter that the description says milk. They said that the sticker was wrong as it always appears on the label. I explained that milk makes me sick and I want to make sure. They all said it was an error on the label. I have been sick for two days now because of their lie. I wish I had taken a picture of the label with milk on it. I just picked up the two matcha lattes so no ambiance to describe. They lie in this Dunkin so watch out especially if you have a food allergy.

The food and drinks are always so good, but the highlight is the service from Brooke. She knows my order by heart and always makes good conversation. Friendliest staff by far. 10/10 will be returning.

The blonde lady taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and acted like she was inconvenienced by making a simple change to my order. She said “are you serious?!” When I asked to change my small into a medium. I never write bad reviews but customer service is part of having a job and this type of behavior reflects badly on a company.

Honestly why would you want to go somewhere that treats you bad in the drive thru let alone when you go inside. Three times in a row attitude and someone who clearly didn’t show they liked you or wanted you there is working at the window.. I actually felt discriminated against which says a lot.

Last chance at this location. Every single time they have handed me the order wrong and had to remake it. Not only when remade the drinks were horrible and the food was cold. The workers were extremely rude, we heard them talking bad about us as they closed the window. Also manager is definitely not fit to be a manager. Horrible location and service.

I’m not very pleased with the two drinks I ordered today there was little to no flavor in either of my drinks and they weren’t even done right. One was supposed to be the frozen hot chocolate and it was like drinking chalk water my coolatta was lacking a lot of flavor it didn’t even taste like strawberries at all and honestly I feel like we didn’t give me what I paid for 6$+ a drink and I’m getting no flavor or did my frozen hot chocolate come with my whipped cream or the chocolate syrup that was advertised at the kiosk. I would love to get my money back

Everytime.... just about everytime.... when i want to order donuts from this place, staff are very unfriendly, and choices of the donuts are poor. Yesterday I decided not to come back to this location ever again, or I get disappointed.. everytime.. again!
