Dont go to there window. They take forever to get your drinks. Nobody else outside and we waited forever for drinks. Horrible

Make sure to double check your order every time. Nearly half the time they don't make your drink as it was ordered and there is one who always claims it's correct. I've learned that in the morning you need to say each flavor in the drink otherwise it's a gamble what you get. It's also unfortunate that they don't just give you a sticker when they have drops. You need to ask for it every time and if you order more than one drink you need to specify that you want a sticker for each drink. Other locations are a lot more friendly.

Came for our morning coffee get our golden eagle of course iced with extra caramel cause why not and Zoe with an eye she was very good and helpful. Got our drinks taken and no time we were in line for a very short time 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location. You can never go wrong with gold Eagle.

I come here often and usually have the best experience. But the last few weeks they have fallen short. They offer these specialty drinks with Tejin and now another drink with pop rocks. Both items have not been available for awhile now. They want us to pay full price when they don't have the full drink in stock. The employees have told me they won't be getting these items anytime soon. So I won't be back. Don't advertise for something you never have in stock.

I love Dutch Brothers I frequent there often but the after leaving the parker location I was left feeling very frustrated. There were only two cars me being the second one. And I understand that being overly friendly and talkative is part of the Dutch Brothers experience, however when you don't take into consideration that people are waiting in line and have a schedule to follow, and your conversations with other customers interfere with the rest of the operations of the business I find that extremely unprofessional. I waited in my car for 10 minutes after the customer ahead of me had been done the quartering while the barista continued to carry on a conversation, it was clear that they were familiar and they just did not consider the fact that I was waiting to order. After she finally got my order I was polite ordered my coffee didn't say anything, then she got back inside and then continued to talk to the customer through the order window for an additional 10 minutes after they had already received their coffee. I wish I could retract the tip that I gave her. I have an hour plus drive back home in the lack of consideration for the other customers by this employee was more than frustrating.

When my husband and i arrived, the girl taking the orders (she had curly strawberry blonde hair and was wearing a leopard print skirt) proceeded to skip our car and go to the car behind us because it was her friend and proceeded to talk to this friend for quite some time while cars piled up. when she was done talking to her friend she never came to take our order and completely skipped past us. the order got all messed up because of it. very frustrating.
