I been looking for the best place to eat a smothered Burrito in Parker and this is one of the best to go to.Good for Family's I been in Parker Co for 50 years

Amazing place. Food is amazing. Carnitas and menudo was best we've had in a while. Service was really good. So friendly, good suggestions, checks up. Good margs. Good chips and salsa. Feels so chill and authentic. Does so many things better than Los Dos. This my new fav Mexican place in Parker.

Was craving authentic Mexican food but was disappointed coming here. It's more of a Tex Mex. The enchilada sauce doesn't have flavor nor did the green Chile. it was very bland. The chicken tasted good, just not what I was expecting. If you're looking for something not seasoned much and is easy on the stomach, this is your place.

Came in for lunch the chips and salsa. refreshing and delicious. The surface was wonderful. Got my lunch. The steak was good. The beans and rice were very good. The portion was good pricing a little high bathrooms are clean and there’s plenty of parking10 out of 10. Recommend this location.

Casa Mata is my second home. Jesus, Angel, and Giovanni have become like family. They always go above and beyond to make my meal and experience. The food is excellent. By far the best Mexican food in Parker. They even added my name to the menu due to my loyalty to this amazing restaurant.

This place genuinely feels like home! The food is absolutely amazing, I have never had a dish that was not delicious. The staff treats everyone absolutely wonderful. Last night I had their new donut cake holes and WOW! Thanks for the great service!

Casa Mata is a casual place to eat. If I could give half stars, I would give 3.5 stars. We ordered and sampled several dishes. In all, the food is good but lacks the Latin bite we were expecting.

Casa Mata has the best margaritas, food, and service. We tried the other Parker Casa Mari***i and that place was terrible in food, service and drinks. Casa Mata is far superior and better pricing. The bar area is our preference, Coronarita, bean dip, salsa and birria tacos *chef's kiss* Also, if you want extra spice, just ask and they will accommodate! 🫶🏼

Mother's Day was our first visit. I can't believe I live about 2 miles from this restaurant and had no idea they were here. Great food, good atmosphere. Wait staff was very quick. Great menu, swing in. It's delicious.

Very beautiful restaurant and very good service and tasty food the only problem was I ordered chicken fajitas and hardly saw more than 2-3 very skiny shredded piece of chicken.

Watch the margarita prices they charges us extra for a “grande” and the price isn’t listed in the menu so a 11.75 margarita ended up being closer to $15. Besides that the food is amazing and the menudo is done right. Don’t like being charged for something without knowing is the only gripe. Otherwise amazing
