I stopped here for lunch in between job appointments. I first had to use the restroom. It ws so dirty and messy that I wanted to change my mind about eating there. However, I was craving a firehouse sub. I waited for about 10 minutes to place my order and about another 10 minutes for my sandwich. This seemed ok-comparable to other firehouse locations for wait time. My sandwich was OK. The lettuce could be a little fresher, but the meal tasted good. The service was friendly at...

I decided to give this location another chance and have change my previous poor review because I found this location has much improved! The people behind the counter were all busy making sandwiches and seemed to be working efficiently. They made my order with care and although they were low on Au Ju they gave me a free cookie while they made some more. I felt they valued me as a customer

This used to be the one of my favorite places to get a sandwich in Parker. (I’ve been going since I was in high school.) The service and staff has fluctuated through the years, but the quality never seemed to diminish. The toasted subs would be hot and with well balanced ingredients and the staff friendly enough.

I’m not sure if I’ve been going in at a weird time (3:30-4ish), but the quality of the food is not what it used to be. During my recent trips...
