Dirty, no toilet paper, paper towels, or napkins. The cheese curds were not hot. Very disappointed, we love Freddy's.

i never usually go to this location but it was just more convenient this day, i ordered freddy’s original double with no mustard and no pickles. the employee repeated my order back to me, so i know i ordered no mustard and no pickles, but they gave me both pickles and mustard. i’m allergic to pickles so i can’t even eat my burger. mind you it wasn’t busy it was me and one other person in line, im not sure how they could miss this. nevertheless i will continue avoiding this location and if you want your order right you should avoid this location too. the one on cottonwood and parker is amazing they never fail to get an order wrong, id suggest going there instead. it’s about a 7-8 min difference from cornerstar to that location but it’s definitely worth it.

Freddies always seems to be out of there fry sauce every time me and my family go. There fry sauce is the main reason people go and it is a bummer when they are out.

Best FOOD EVVA!! SERVER was a she and she put that SHE to Work for cleaning our table and catering to an our needs. I believe it was Maddie Or sum thing the one with the glasses. GIRL POWER!!!!!

Greatest services ever from Madi came to check in on the milkshakes we were drinking and we were absolutely satisfied but then our server came to check up on us multiple times cleaning our table to no spots left fabulous service one of a kind we never forget this experience 10/10

Aiden was the employee that took my order, upon pulling up he was very hard to understand as he mumbled everything he said and then pulling up to the window there was no customer service skills no hi nothing, every time he opened the window he was too focused on social hour with other employees and he then handed the food and drinks and shut the window. I had to ask for my sauces and receipt after because he never asked if I wanted any. Very disappointed. He needs to work on customer service skills and less on his social life. I’d drive all the way to the lone tree location before coming back to this location. Do better.

Everything tasted great, the food came out quick, staff was very friendly. There was 1 guy, Sean, that was bussing tables, preparing desserts, etc. ... turns out he's a district manager!!!

Burger and fries cooked to perfection, condiments added to my desire. Service was a little slow for being 3 other parties inside. I assume the drive-thru was busy.

Ordered online and received notification that it was complete. Went inside and my food was nowhere to be found. Sat down next to the mobile ordering station since the cashier was helping someone order. She then proceeds to stare at me and not say anything. I spoke up and said I was looking for my mobile order and gave her my name. 10 minutes later, she asks me what my name was again and I gave it to her. She stood there for another 5 minutes and gave me my food and shakes. I go in the car and there is a big rip in the bottom of the bag. Surprised I was able to not have any food drop out. Shakes look like they have been sitting there. Not impressed with this experience at all.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the original. I've never tried Freddy's before but absolutely loved their burger. I don't think I could eat a double as the single was very filling. My only complaint is that they forgot to give napkins and luckily I had tissues in my car. It's a messy burger! I will try other items on their menu next time.

This location has fallen far behind over the years. Management no longer seems to care about the customers. The store wasn’t busy in the slightest when I walked in, yet I still wasn’t greeted by an employee. I stood at the front counter where multiple employees (including cashiers), looked my way and did not stop to acknowledge me or tell me they’d be with me shortly. I waited about 2 minutes at the counter before being helped, and the cashier spoke to me at a nearly inaudible volume. After I paid, I wasn’t handed my receipt, so I just reached over the counter after the employee walked away. Once my food was ready, my order number wasn’t called. Food was just placed out on the tray, but since I was the only person that ordered within the past 10 minutes, I figured it was mine. The burger was lazily slapped together, and the fries were unseasoned. Disappointed in what used to be a great location.
