Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We received only a portion of our order and most of it was literally upside down in the bag. To include the fries and hotdog with chili. To top it off, not one straw or napkins in the bag, Way To Go Freddy's, Great Job at shedding customers!!!

This place is kinda weird. One time I came in and the chocolate ice cream machine was left to drain all the ice cream out. Then there’d the chili cheese surprise….. idk idk. Go somewhere else i think.

Found a spider in my cup of water! I removed the lid after taking a couple of sips and saw a dead spider in my cup. Disgusting!

Ordered on GrubHub two hours before close and they cancelled my order without explanation. No worries, I'll go to Good Times across the street!

Ordered an one scoop cone and barely got anything in the cone. Completely dry. A big difference in other franchises that fill the cone and then add the scoop. Not worth the $4.20 i paid for it. What's up with that?

they started emptying out the custard machine an hour before close, tried to purchase a quart and they said they will only take it from a stainless bin where its obviously already started melting. shift leader get over yourself my guy, you're trying to close and go home early while screwing customers of a chance to purchase custard. walk across the street to wmart and purchase a new customer friendly personality while you're at it.

I recommend eating inside- every time I ask for a lot of fry sauce (I absolutely love it) they give me one sad tiny packet of sauce that most likely is jalapeño and I have a low spice tolerance :(

This is hands down my favorite Freddy's location - I love that they encourage classic car owners to come down and hang out on Friday evenings in the summer months. The food is good, and the frozen custard is the whole reason to order food there. ;)

Why can’t you guys make an order correctly?

I went though the drive though and got 2 plain burgers and another one with no mustard we got the completely wrong order and people weren’t nice at all person was about to give us a drink and smashed it to get out attention and looked hella pissed we went back in to let them know but didn’t look up the order or anything to double check what we ordered and I can’t eat mustard and all of them had mustard on them

Fries and a shake to go.... got this wrong four times.... first forgot the fries twice, then gave it on a tray then got the milkshake flavor wrong... half a dozen employees and I was the only customer

Place used to be good. Food quality is super mid now and everyone working here is apathetic and dead eyed. They mumble out order numbers and every callout sounds the exact same.
