I had the spicy chicken sandwich and was not impressed. Chicken tasted too processed and there was no spice at all. I should have stuck with their steak burgers, those are always good.

We go to this location often, but tonight will make me rethink this particular store. No one greeted us. A young man stood at the drive thru window for at least 5 minutes before turning to look at us, then immediately turned his back on us. When he finally took our order, he said"What do you want?"
This happened to every customer that came through the door. It was extremely rude.
My husband has to have low salt, so we've always ordered his burger...

We like the food and service at Freddie's. It would be amazing if they had gluten-free buns. The only thing that could make the atmosphere better is having the tables wiped down more often.
