Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The staff scheduled on Sunday 5/24/2026 from 5pm - 6pm can not read or listen. Ordered the first original double (clearly speaking only bun, meat and cheese) as the only person in the drive through around 5-5:15pm. Got home, burger was with onion, pickles, mustard.

Decided to not make a big deal and ordered again through Doordash marking no onion, no pickle, no mustard and burger arrived with... Onion, mustard, pickles. Not sure how it can be that hard to get an order right. Drive thru staff had a rude demeanor as well for no reason. I don't usually review but this was extremely frustrating and expensive for wasted food.

The team at this location truly cares about each order, Nyleis is the best! Great food and because of the team, an even better experience. I will specifically go further out of my way to come to THIS location instead of the other one here in parker which is closer to me, just because of the team working here. Nyleis made this experience my best visit to Freddy’s yet!

Pretty good food and atmosphere here. They accidentally mixed our burgers up with each other’s fries/tots but my bf enjoyed half of my burger before noticing so there’s that haha. I enjoyed the dessert I got after eating and the fries were great. Wish you got more of them! Burger was alright.

So in Minnesota, we don’t have a Freddys. I came to Colorado on a business trip. I was here last week. First time eating at Freddy’s. It was delicious. I couldn’t believe how good of a burger it was today. I’m in Colorado again. Stop at a different Freddy’s this one was at 18424 Cottonwood Dr., Parker, CO and there was not even any meat on it. it was almost like they burnt the hamburger and it was crispy. Disgusting dry. I can’t believe it. I won’t be going here anymore.

Had a bad experience at the other Freddy’s location in Parker so I decided to try this location. Unfortunately, I did not have a better experience here. My burger was undercooked, the meat was clearly pink. Such as disappointment as I used to like eating Freddy’s.

Xavier did such a great job taking care of us in the drive-thru. Had a great attitude and was very upbeat. Not to mention super kind, can’t express how nice it was to have somebody in the food business be so good at what they do. It shows that he cares about his job.

I’m so sorry to say this but the oil tastes like it needs filtered and the burger tastes like a dirty grill.

Not sure what happened, used to be good. Second time in a row it hasn’t been a pleasurable experience, was hoping last time was just an off night. Unfortunately this seems to becoming a pattern and sadly it will be a while before I come back.

Horrible absolutely horrible the drink machine was down the guy who took are oder offered a milk shake instead witch I said sure
They bought the order to the table without the shakes telling me they were making them but nobody did so I went to the counter to remind and this guy looked like he was off the street said he will get it then walked away to help someone else not wanting to make a sense I sat down and waited and watched I when out to my car got some water so my son and I could wash down the meal and after we were about finished the dirty disgusting guy bought out a shake
What horrible place sorry guys but on the way out I accidentally missed the trash can and the chocolate shake got spilled all over everything I accidentally stepped on it my fault totally I was surprised how far that shake traveled really made a mess
Again sorry nothing you guys did I am just clumsy
