Horrible absolutely horrible the drink machine was down the guy who took are oder offered a milk shake instead witch I said sure
They bought the order to the table without the shakes telling me they were making them but nobody did so I went to the counter to remind and this guy looked like he was off the street said he will get it then walked away to help someone else not wanting to make a sense I sat down and waited and watched I when out to my car got some water so my son and I could wash down the meal and after we were about finished the dirty disgusting guy bought out a shake
What horrible place sorry guys but on the way out I accidentally missed the trash can and the chocolate shake got spilled all over everything I accidentally stepped on it my fault totally I was surprised how far that shake traveled really made a mess
Again sorry nothing you guys did I am just clumsy

Food is always good. Only one of three times have they made the Oreo double trouble right. It’s legit in the name just mix in the two scoops instead of one I can tell the difference!

Unorganized chaos and slowest drive thru in existence 30 mins is wild work. Where is the supervisors and managers to help the young team?¿ Shameful. Watched multiple people wait in the drive thru till there turn just to drive out. Watched customers inside angry and aggressive towards the employees while at the window to pay. The employees looked flustered and overwhelmed due to 10 customers. Do better helping your employees maintain composure and get people taken care of.

What a joke. Pay almost $15 for a meal. My tots were 2/3rd full. And the meat on my double burger was thinner then most toilet paper. As well as the LONG wait for a burger and tots. Complete waste of money and time. Also my tator tots tasted like raw unions.....This place needs to shut down and figure its crap out!!!! 100% zero stars if I could!

This place is incredible! Fresh, delicious, and amazing staff! Dakota and Jillian were very kind, hospitable, and efficient, and made us feel like valued customers. Keep up the great work, we will 100% return!

This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've seen in awhile. Every single table was dirty, the floor had things spilled on it, and my feet stuck to the floor in the bathrooms🤢
There were three customers in the restaurant, and nobody in the Drive-Thru Lane I don't think they were overworked.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year or so. Used to be a great atmosphere, but the last several times I've been here the employees haven't been very friendly and I'm here now and there are two female employees arguing loudly in the kitchen that everyone can hear and the food has been mediocre as well. Love the chili cheese fries, but the last few times I've gotten them the chili is just above room temp. I won't be coming often anymore. Also, change the paper you put chili cheese fries on. It rips way too easily and then your food is just on the nasty plastic trays...

Food is freshly prepared and service is always on point. If you use the app, be aware that it states the store closes at 4 PM but the store is in fact open.
