Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've seen in awhile. Every single table was dirty, the floor had things spilled on it, and my feet stuck to the floor in the bathrooms🤢
There were three customers in the restaurant, and nobody in the Drive-Thru Lane I don't think they were overworked.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year or so. Used to be a great atmosphere, but the last several times I've been here the employees haven't been very friendly and I'm here now and there are two female employees arguing loudly in the kitchen that everyone can hear and the food has been mediocre as well. Love the chili cheese fries, but the last few times I've gotten them the chili is just above room temp. I won't be coming often anymore. Also, change the paper you put chili cheese fries on. It rips way too easily and then your food is just on the nasty plastic trays...

They were very kind at this location! They gave me a senior discount without me mentioning it! Very nice and very polite! I wish customer service was like this everywhere!

Food is freshly prepared and service is always on point. If you use the app, be aware that it states the store closes at 4 PM but the store is in fact open.

A Sweet Experience Gone Sour

Dear Freddy's Team,

I wanted to share my recent experience at your Parker location, as a loyal customer who believes in the joy of indulging in a tasty treat.

On a warm day, I decided to treat my kids to some ice cream and headed to your drive-thru. Typically, I prefer to place my orders inside, but the drive-thru seemed like a fun option that day! I ordered 4 mini sundaes, and I must say, the person who took my order was very efficient.

However, upon reaching the pick-up window, we experienced a bit of a wait—over 10 minutes, which felt a tad long for just 4 mini sundaes. I should have checked them before driving off, but the excitement of ice cream got the best of us!

Once we got home and opened them up, we were met with quite a surprise. Instead of the delightful sundaes we were expecting, each cup contained only a small drop of Ice cream! To be honest, the serving looked quite ridiculous, with the bottom of the ice cream container clearly visible. We were all very disappointed, especially the kids who were looking forward to a fun treat.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, not to complain, but in the hopes that I can help improve the experience for future customers. I know Freddy's is all about creating joyful moments, and I’d love to see that energy reflected in the treats we receive!

I had ordered a fairly large meal for my family on Easter. It was a last minute emergency change and, being someone who had worked in food previously, I was hesitant on submitting the order considering how massive it was. But, I ordered it and let me tell you when I went inside, the employees were so kind. They had the food all nicely packed, in the freezers, and all had smiles on their faces. They definitely made me feel less bad about the gigantic order I had to give them on Eater. Plus, the food was delicious and was literally everything we ordered. Plus, they made sure to not put cheese on my mom’s burger as she has a deathly allergy. Many other fast food places smile right past that and put cheese on it. I will definitely keep going to that Freddy’s (but won’t ever try to put in that big of an order again)
