Let me start by saying we LOVE Freddy’s. It’s been our go-to burger place for years. This exact location. But it appears that management changed at this location and the cooks along with it about 2 months ago, and the food has been BAD. They really need to come re-train these guys. The burgers are bad, overcooked and under seasoned, and the fries have been bad. We mostly come through on Friday, and it doesn’t matter if it’s been drive through or dine in, it’s been bad. Please Freddy’s corporate, come retrain these guys. It’s no where near the quality it was even 4-6 months ago.

I wish I could put zero stars. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed and then proceeded to get incorrect change back. Went inside and talked to the manager and they both just stood there and looked at each other saying “I’m sorry” wow what MEANINGFUL words. Both of them looked high and just dumfounded. Both should be fired from tonight. On top of that my tater tots were on the bottom of my bag and because I had to go in and say something my burger was soggy and disgusting. Will be in later to talk to a DIFFERENT manager! Absolutely ridiculous! Waste of my time and money..

The burger looked terrible and I mean it looked terrible, and it also made my wife sick. It was the only thing she had in the last 6 hours before she ate Freddie's. The service was sub par. The really bad part is that Freddie's doesn't really care. How do I know this?!!! Because they keep asking us with the same copy paste reply of " we are discouraged" when they have massive amounts of feedback on this sites review page. Mounds and mounds of evidence. Poor service, poor food quality, poor cleanliness, etc. Fix it. Adopt the Chick fila mentality. Anything but quality and great service is not acceptable.

Tsige was awesome best customer service I’ve had at any fast food place by far she helped up decide our meals, helped us with the app, and made sure we had everything and asked if we needed anything extra. That’s a worker you wanna keep for sure.

Freddy's has the best onion rings & cheese fries, they're my go to when I'm craving those 2 items!
Too many issues to outline. Sadly, the manager was at the center of the entire process. Waiting on corporate to call the back to discuss. This was horrible. Terrible doesn't begin to describe the customer experience. Avoid this one.
UPDATING TO SHARE WITH DETAILS:
A few issues include soda all over the top and sides of our drinks and the hands of the server (manager) running the drive-thru, so she was aware. Drinks were placed in double-cup instead of cleaned up after we asked for her to clean them more than once and finally asked for new cups. Half-full fries (they didn't even reach the top of the container like they were chopped off... Missing food, burger, and ingredients thrown into the burger bag with ingredients not even in the buns, no straws provided, missed ketchup topping request, one #1 "Double" burger was missing one of the two "patties," unclean staff member who says she was the manager when I finally asked for one, poor attitude and horrible customer service skills.

They took more than 15 minutes for a simple kid's meal. I ordered at 3:14 pm and received it at 3:39. I will think about coming
back next time.

Something is wrong with this location. They can not even get simple burger orders correct and if your planning on the drive through be prepared to wait 45 min. Terrible experience and prob will be my last.

once we got to windows 6 min. before she even came to windows to get paid. never came back till 8 min before brought food said nothing shoved out the windows. car behind backed all the way back will not be going back. worst service ever and tator tots were cold. very disappointed. sheree
Consistently slow and not worth the money. I waited twenty minutes on the drive thru for the wrong order and had to sit with the gnats there because they don't take care of their garbage.

Went to pick up a delivery was greeted by what seemed to be the person in charge very rudely. Then I walked up again to ask a question and was yelled at and told to wait. She also thru something at a customer out the drive thru and slammed the window. Very unprofessional all around!
