Let me start by saying we LOVE Freddy’s. It’s been our go-to burger place for years. This exact location. But it appears that management changed at this location and the cooks along with it about 2 months ago, and the food has been BAD. They really need to come re-train these guys. The burgers are bad, overcooked and under seasoned, and the fries have been bad. We mostly come through on Friday, and it doesn’t matter if it’s been drive through or dine in, it’s been bad....

Tsige was awesome best customer service I’ve had at any fast food place by far she helped up decide our meals, helped us with the app, and made sure we had everything and asked if we needed anything extra. That’s a worker you wanna keep for sure.

Good burgers and good fries, but like almost every Freddy's I've been to the ketchup dispenser is almost always empty - and the little dip/squeeze to-go packets just don't do it for me
