I love it here. First of all, the staff are so nice. We ordered with Clay and he was super patient while my husband and I were still deciding. The food is cheap and tasty, plenty of options for food and drinks. Definitely get the app, rewards rack up fast.

We were extremely disappointed in our experience here today. We come here frequently… but maybe not anymore after our terrible experience this evening. We ordered a few tacos for dine in, and waited about 25-30 minutes for our food even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. When our food finally came they gave it to us as a to go order not dine in. All of the tacos were sloppily thrown together, like falling apart, sauce all over the outside of the tortillas and cold. My grilled steak was extremely mushy which I’ve never encountered before, and the cod in my Baja fish taco was definitely not fully cooked, the batter was raw on the outside. My husband ordered a shrimp taco with no lettuce or tomatoes and it came with lettuce and tomatoes on it. Really upsetting considering we used to love coming here on a regular basis.

Pretty disappointing service and food quality today. The restaurant is about half full, nothing crazy. I ordered nachos on promotion, for $14.00…. Upon receiving the nachos I found they have zero queso on them, only a tiny bit of melted shredded cheese along with the toppings. I checked the entire plate to make sure I wasn’t missing the queso, but in fact had none. I went to the counter and nicely asked for some queso as my $14.00 nachos had none and the rude lady working, running food, told me I could have 2oz “this time” but if I want more, I need to pay… after I received none. Not impressed.

Went to Fuzzy's in Parker (Pine Bluffs) Friday night, met friends for dinner and drinks. Food was good (grilled chicken salad), margs tasty, and the service - especially from our bartender, Sam - was top notch.
