Lunch specials were large, filling and delicious.

Wednesday - Brisket and ribs with tea toast and choice of 2 sides- Surprisingly large portion of brisket with half-track of ribs were very good. They are par cooked (betting day or 2 before) and have just enough sauce to keep somewhat moist. A couple of sauces available at table.

Vegetarian options: BBQ... So shouldn't be even considered for the vegetarians but there are some salad options....

We decided to come to Hickory House Ribs & Steaks while out. We were seated promptly and our waitress Jessica took our order. We decided we would get the feast includes baby back ribs, bbq chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, garlic toast, potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, and coleslaw.
