We came in because this is one of our go to spots. We had an awesome experience with our server, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, she was patient, nice and thorough. The food was great as usual. We sat in the bar area to wait for the rest of our party and had appetizers and drinks. Very enjoyable evening at the hickory house, once again.

Lunch specials were large, filling and delicious.

Wednesday - Brisket and ribs with tea toast and choice of 2 sides- Surprisingly large portion of brisket with half-track of ribs were very good. They are par cooked (betting day or 2 before) and have just enough sauce to keep somewhat moist. A couple of sauces available at table.

Vegetarian options: BBQ... So shouldn't be even considered for the vegetarians but there are some salad options....

Walking into Hickory House feels like stepping into BBQ heaven. The warm, cozy atmosphere wraps around you, and the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats hits you instantly—pure bliss. They boldly claim to have the best ribs in Colorado, and while I can't compare them to others (yet), these ribs set a seriously high bar.
