The food here was exceptional and the atmosphere was so fun! We had both ramen and hibachi, couldn’t decide which one was my favorite. We will absolutely be coming back here!

Best ramen in Parker! We tried Hiratori for the first time and everything we had was delicious. We would recommend the hibachi ramen, the gyoza, and the yakitori. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating with our baby. We’ll be back anytime we’re craving ramen or Japanese.

The tonkatsu tasted like instant ramen, the noodles were vastly undercooked (still hard and clumped together), and the waitress didn’t even stop in to check on our table once. Not sure how this place got such high ratings, it was extremely disappointing.

Came with boyfriend at dinner service and walked out very satisfied.
Food: Ordered the Gyoza ramen with miso tonkotsu broth at medium heat, and the Hokage Spicy Ramen with Gyoza. 10/10, the broth especially was a home run. Flavorful without being TOO salty. The noodles were great as well along with the vegetables. The gyoza was very tasty and you could tell it was pan fried nicely. Hokage Ramen was spicy but not too spicy.
Drinks: Ordered matcha latte and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The one major complaint was that the matcha latte was a 1/10 for both of us. Even liking matcha. But the coffee was very good.
Atmosphere: The decor was very anime inspired, which as anime fans we enjoyed. Almost overstimulating but not quite to that point.
Will be back every time we’re in Parker! Highly recommend!

Food tasted great! We had the hibachi steak and chicken , seafood ramen bowl, a pork ramen bowl. Ingredients are higher quality than other Asian restaurants. Definitely would recommend. Portion sizes are large and very filling.

Ordered thru Doordash. I know it won't be the same as in the restaurant itself, but meat was cooked to death, and even the eggroll was burnt. $70 not well spent....

Food was really good, got the hibachi plate. Kid friendly. Christy (I think 🤔) was serving us and doing a great job, also very friendly and attentive.

We just discovered this place and love , love it.
We had some Ramon and Hibachi, as well as gyoza and it was all delicious.
On a Tuesday night, it was hopping with to go orders and 1/3 of the diner was full so clearly folks know about this place. For us, Castle Rock folks its new and we are thrilled to find it!
Right next to our breakfast place, Doug's Diner also a favorite...loving the small businesses in Parker.

I enjoyed my meal but would have really loved a lunch menu with smaller portion sizes. I spent $26 on lunch. The atmosphere was ok, looks kind of thrown together and dim lighting.
