Hurts a lot at the register!!! . Long John’s aren’t even filled ??
Wasn’t the most friendly service either . Donuts do taste good so if you have deep pockets I would come here .

Donuts were a little dry, but otherwise good. Service was great.

So I recently downloaded the app too good to go. You get a mystery bakery box. There was a little confusion the first time I went there. But Robert, the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and more than make it right. The selection was amazing.
I have to admit it's a rarity nowadays to go to a donut shop where they actually make the donuts. This is a mom and pop shop that makes fresh daily donuts. It's a cool atmosphere and like I said the options are endless.

I don’t love the texture of their donuts or their apple fritter.

These are the best donuts in Denver. A classic donut base without the extra sweetness because thats always suppose to come from the toppings. This is the place to get that real donut from years ago but also with added twists of today. They have a variety of options and should be your only choice if your in this area!

Went and purchased 1-bacon maple long John, 1-chocolate long John, 2- bear claws and 2 Cho late donuts. What a huge disappointment. Both bear claws were ok. They were huge but the taste was mediocre. The long John’s were both stale and tasted like they had been on the shelf for 2 days. Neither one of the long John’s had filling. It was like they forgot to add the filling into both of them. HUGE disappointment and especially for almost $30! We won’t be back to hurts.

Took my granddaughters here to pick out donuts for themselves and for the family. There are so many fun and yummy ones to choose from.

Overpriced, Can’t pick your own for the Half Dozen Special. $3 a donut. While courteous, not the most enthusiastic people working behind the counter. Not fresh donuts, they serve 12 hour old hard donuts for a high price.

Look elsewhere for donuts.

For my gender reveal, I wanted it to be donut themed. I wanted a donut wall with pink and blue donuts, etc. Pretty basic and easy peasy in my opinion. My sister-in-law, who was throwing the party, ordered from Hurt’s a week in advance. Donuts were supposed to be ready on 11/9 by 10am. We arrived at 1:30pm for pickup and they weren’t ready! The party was set for 3pm. In a panic, the employees threw together 2 dozen donuts. We had to wait over an hour in store for them to quickly decorate the donuts and they looked horrible! Donuts made it to the party at 2:50pm, 10 minutes to spare before party time. See pictures below. Frosting was all over both boxes, some donuts were DRENCHED in icing and they were all different sizes. They were too heavy to even place on the donut wall. A 6 year old could have decorated them cuter. WHAT A WASTE! The donuts were barely even touched during the party because they looked so unappetizing. My gender reveal party was a dream come true…minus the donuts and donut wall. We should have just picked up from Krispy Kreme. Never again will we buy anything from this store. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Do not recommend.

Take out, most of the donuts were sold out and the filled jelly donuts has just a dollop of jelly. Voodoo are better . We paid $16 for 6 donuts and we ended up throwing half away

Went tonight because my wife wanted doughnuts for her birthday dessert. Tracking through the snow, the kid working was rude and short answering questions. Out of a lot of items wiped his nose multiple times with his wrist without washing hands. Good thing he was wearing gloves, guess that’s a positive. Get home, the maple bacon bars are dry and a lot smaller than usual. After spending almost $50 for a dozen doughnuts and 4 long John’s later I decided to pick up another option. Been a dozen times and not sure if I’ll drive that far again.

Great donut shop. They were light and fluffy and very reasonably priced. I appreciated that they were high quality with lots of options to choose from. Service was friendly too.

I had a special order and they took very good care of me so I appreciate that. The other times I found it annoying and they need to pay their employees more. Asking for a tip when you check out is not a good sign of the businesses pay towards employees. The employee stands there as if to see if you give a tip by touching the screen. It’s uncomfortable and it’s why I won’t go back. The prices are very high so be prepared to spend a lot of money. Looks like a lot of employee turn over. Hospitality by employees towards customers would be nice.
