The donuts were okay, but the service was terrible. When I asked for a receipt, the person behind the counter gave a smart remark about being paperless. Then he had a problem with machine, and after a few minutes prompted me to enter my email address to receive a receipt. The email never arrived.Paperless should be an option. A customer should not have to provide personal details, like an email address, to get a receipt. If the option is available to receive an email receipt, the system should be tested, staff trained, and it should work.

I was so disappointed! I have been to the Colorado Springs location many times. The Parker location is nothing like the Springs. The location was disgusting! The bathrooms were so dirty after visiting them I left and threw out my donuts without eating them! They say you can always tell the true cleanliness of a restaurant by how clean the bathrooms are, and I have never been in any bathrooms as a disgusting as these were. I will spare the details, but these were the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in. The counters by the donuts were dirty Floor was dirty the tables were dirty. I was not greeted when I entered, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there in order for me to order my donuts. I will never be back!

This is my spot!! Love all choices, and a great price. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good donut. Wish they had some breakfast sandwiches or something.

No longer 24hrs. A true shame. I was in Denver contemplating between VooDoo Donuts and Hurts and decided to go to Hurts (which is close by my home) because I love their cherry donut only to be surprised and saddened to see a closed sign on their door. Now open 5a-10p.
