Food was mediocre. Our server was great. But why does there have to be so much shouting? Shouting across the restaurant to each other. The servers, the cooks, the people who clean the tables. Guests are looking for a peaceful time out to eat. The shouting should not he going on out in the dining area. If that weren't happening it would have been a great experience.

Came in for breakfast, and Desiree helped us from the moment we walked in everything was well and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait very long to be seated. The food came right away. It was hot. It was fresh. We were able to substitute the pork for turkey bacon, Desiree was on top of everything. The food was fresh. We were able to get Blueberry pancakes with fresh strawberries instead of the combo and everything just the way we ordered it 10 out of 10 totally recommend his location was clean. The staff was friendly and the food was great.

I’ve been coming to this IHOP for over 10 years, and the quality of service has declined significantly in the past couple of years. It’s reached the point where I rarely visit anymore, and this most recent experience confirmed why.

During my visit, the waitstaff spent most of the time behind my booth loudly discussing politics, which made the environment uncomfortable. I don’t go out to eat to listen to personal political opinions… especially negative comments about an entire group of people. Regardless of viewpoint, conversations like that should not be happening around customers. It made my overall dining experience super uncomfortable.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the food took a long time to arrive and was mediocre at best. Our server also seemed rushed, and any basic request felt like an inconvenience.

What really stood out was that as we were leaving, the staff was still engaged in the same political discussion, and there was a line of customers waiting to be seated while they continued to talk instead of helping guests.

I still tipped 20% because I try to treat service staff with respect, but once again I left disappointed. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because this location used to be great and I’d love to see it return to the standard it once had.

I brought my two kids here this evening. Initially I was irritated because when we walked in there was no one at the hostess stand and not another person I could see right away other than the cook. A few moments later Miguel G. popped around the corner to let us know it was only him working and to please be patient. I looked around and realised then that the only two employees I saw in the place was the cook and Miguel. I told the kids that we can eat there but to be understanding that it may take a while to order and get our food. I was a little nervous that when we did get our food, it may not be hot still. Despite Miguel having a 10 top, a five top, and multiple other tables full of people he never lost his composure and remained smiling, friendly, and upbeat. We ordered our food and drinks and although it took some time, everything came out hot and fresh and made correctly. We enjoyed just spending time together hanging out so we weren’t worried about how long it may take to get what we needed. I don’t know if Miguel is a supervisor, but if not he should be.

My bf and I came here and we both were disappointed in the size of our drink glasses! Really? They made them smaller!! That is about a kid’s size and yet the prices are the same! We will not be returning to any IHOP in the future unless they size up the drink glasses! Also, food wasn’t very good, not sure if the ingredients were changed or not.

Edit: I contacted IHOP to get an answer like the response said to do. I filled out the form and everything and guess what?? Still no answer! Almost two weeks now! Won’t be back to any IHOP ever again! Lost our business!

Food good, service good, had ask to change fork as it was dirty, dish was clean but look old, same as fork, I think it needs new utensils. 5star for food & Atmosphere, 4star for service, 3-2stars for dish & fork. 7/2025.
